Brighton i360

Lovely place. You can not feel when you are going up or down. Is very chill and relax place, they have a bar inside you ca pay with card, they do not have toilets, they are down stairs before to enter the waiting room is big, there is a coffee shop at the entrance of the tower, tickets only to go up and down from 30 mins cost £18. Staff was polite including the security man. The views of Brighton beach and the city were stunning

Want to thank the wonderful, sparkly and all round fabulous Toyah for her warm welcome at the i360. Was inspired by her delicious looking iced coffee and ordered one! It was delicious btw! There’s a much more approachable feel to the cafe/bar area that I now like to pop to to have a beer or coffee which I probably wouldn’t have done before (!) Went on a sunny day and there was a lovely mellow Cafe Del Mar feel about it.. great music too. Love the seating on the beach too.. view is epic! The prices for residents to use the i360 are very reasonable (£5 I think?) so I’ll be dragging the fam down soon. Look forward to spending more time here! All the staff are excellent btw.. super friendly and well informed. Keep up the top work guys!

What a great attraction, we booked on the morning for a visit in the afternoon. We absolutely loved it, a must visit if you spend a day or two in Brighton.

My family and I, enjoyed our visit to the Brighton i360. The viewing tower offers breathtaking 360° views over the coastline, the city. Although the weather was not great, overall the experience was smooth and well organized, and the staff were friendly. Definetly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Great attraction for the city!

Worth booking ahead to save a little money. £20 each person. The i360 holds maximum 200 people. Views were fantastic. Best on a clear sunny day. Or evening sunset. Bar service was great. We enjoyed a glass of champagne as we travelled upwards to the highest spot.

We decided to book this as a last-minute Valentine’s Day activity. The gentleman who helped us book our tickets was extremely helpful, and the experience itself was lovely and calming. Unfortunately, what somewhat dampened the experience was the service at the bar. There were two members of staff working (a lady with short hair and glasses dressed smartly, and another lady with dark, coloured hair). We were standing at the front of the bar from the very start of the activity, clearly visible in the middle of the bar area. However, we repeatedly felt overlooked. Each time they asked, “Who’s next?”, they avoided eye contact with us and served others instead. It was only when my husband walked away, visibly frustrated, that I was finally acknowledged. I completely understand that it was busy, I have worked in a bar myself and appreciate how challenging that can be. However, we felt that we were consistently ignored despite being clearly in line and waiting patiently. I hope this was simply an oversight, but the experience left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I would recommend purchasing drinks before the activity begins to avoid similar issues. It would also be appreciated if bar staff could be more welcoming and attentive to all customers.

Great experience, love go on attractions like this one which take you high up so you can see across wherever you are in this case Brighton. It was a very smooth ride, you could t feel any motion until you looked at the centre pole. I would highly recommend doing this.

As long as you go up on a clear day the views are out of this world. You can book online or book at the place itself. You can take drinks on with you and there is a bar. It was worth it

I enjoyed a sunset view of Brighton (7:15pm departure) in September 2023 with a large group of folks attending a conference. This is a fun experience and provides a lovely view of the coast. Be sure to arrive 20 minutes early to check-in for the flight! The glass-enclosed ring can hold lots of people and provides superb views at the top. You can see the dense development and sprawl of Hove (west of Brighton) as well as the surrounding hills. The glass ring also ascends very slowly which allows you to view the coast from different vantage points. Please note the glass ring does not rotate, so you'll have to move to another position if you wish to see the water (or hills to the north). At the end of the "flight", rest rooms are available near the gift shop. Overall, it's a bit pricey and touristy - but worth seeing for first-time visitors to Brighton. If you enjoy history and architecture more, I would recommend seeing the Royal Pavilion before ascending the I-360 if your time is limited.

This is a great place to visit at the start of your trip to Brighton, as you get 360 views of the beach and the city. "Flights" take place every half hour, and they require that you arrive 20 minutes early to go through security. Ticketing and security employees were friendly and efficient at getting you through. I was through security in about 5 minutes. While you wait for your boarding time, you can enjoy their patio and relax in a lounger while watching the waves. Once you board and begin your ascent, you are able to take in the views and purchase snacks and drinks at the snack bar inside the pod. The host welcomes you on board, but doesn't speak again until you land and they tell you it's time to get off. It would have been nice if they would had pointed out some places of interest. It might be helpful to do a little reading before your flight so you know what you are looking at. I had good views on the day that I went, but I was a little disappointed that the pod didn't rotate 360 degrees at the top like I thought it did. Luckily, my flight wasn't terribly crowded, so I could walk around the pod and take in all the sights. Once you land, they drop you off in their gift shop. There is a small exhibit on how the i360 was built and there are free public toilets available for your use. One thing I will mention is don't count on getting lots of great photos at the top. The views are stunning, but the glare on the glass walls makes taking pictures almost impossible.

This was a really fun activity! At around 14 pounds or so it was definitely expensive..but since I was in Brighton for the day decided to try it out :) The attendants give you "boarding passes" to the power, and departures are every half an hour. Atop the tower a guide tells you a bit about the landmarks to the different directions. The beach and crashing waves along the coastline below look very beautiful!! The tower isn't very tall but the views are still nice, and the platform is big and not crowded so you can wander around and check out all areas of Brighton. There's a drinks and snack bar inside the tower, too and they take cute pictures of you at the beginning that you can buy later.

Sunset is the best time to visit here. What a great view to see the whole city of Brighton. General admission based on time spent inside this spaceship like interior.
