This place is very nice and everything is so shiny. The employees were very helpful and professional. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Of course this is mainly for women but a husband can find lots of beautiful jewelry for his wife. They even offered us some cookies and a bottled water.

If I could give it a higher rating, I would. Brighton is my favorite jewelry. Great quality. And I feel so welcomed by all the staff. It really feels like visiting friends. They are attentive to every customer.

They have delicious smelling parfum too & even hair clips! They having matching purses, wallets, sandals, shoes, key chains, compacts, eye glass cases, etc., all with the same print! I was followed around like a thief and did not feel welcomed at all. I went in to buy earrings but left because an older female caucasian sales associate did not let me browes in peace, so I left.

I was tasked with shopping for items to use in a silent auction. I met with Karen and was amazing. She was patient and attentive and helped me curate 4 great packages to use in the auction. Karen made great recommendations and didn't make me feel rushed or taken advantage of. She even agreed to package it all up for me to pick up the following day because I had to leave.

I love the jewelry, the store is clean. I just hate how the workers stay right behind you as if you were going to take something. Give me some space please!!! Stay 6ft away and let me shop in peace.

Over priced for silver plate. The other people in my party LOVED it, so it definitely appeals to some, maybe I'm just not their demographic. The salespeople were super kind and funny, and low pressure.

I felt like we were bothering the employees. I only bought one of their little notebooks because the atmosphere was chilly. Not sure why. Maybe they didn't think we could afford anything.
