On December 17, 2025, I made a reservation for three nights at the Brik Apartment Hotel in Copenhagen. It was an apartment for three people, consisting of a double bed and a single bed (sofa bed).
Upon arrival at the apartment, I noticed that only the double bed was ready for use and that there were only two sets of towels. I searched and did not find sheets or a duvet for the single bed, nor the third set of towels. I contacted the hotel by message and did not receive any response regarding the missing items. As a family of three, with a 4-year-old child, we were forced to share one bed and to dry the bath towels after each use so that everyone would have something to use.
We ended up leaving one night earlier than planned because, in addition to the discomfort, the absence of bedding made the night uncomfortable and cold for everyone.
The lack of these items could have been easily resolved and would have been understandable on our part, but the lack of any response from the hotel makes no sense.
Final note: the check-out was completed after I had already returned to Portugal, as due to the poor experience, I was forced to bring my return forward.
