BRIK Apartment Hotel

The rooms are on the small side, but very functional. The bathroom is surprisingly big. You really do need to have the curtains to block the windows for privacy. But its a good place, but on the expensive side. Easy to get to and easy to use public transport from. All in all, a good place to visit.

A great place to stay in Copenhagen. It is located in a nice and quiet area, very close to the Metro station from the Airport and to the city center (about 10-15 min travel by metro). The rooms are well equipped. Communication is easy.

On December 17, 2025, I made a reservation for three nights at the Brik Apartment Hotel in Copenhagen. It was an apartment for three people, consisting of a double bed and a single bed (sofa bed). Upon arrival at the apartment, I noticed that only the double bed was ready for use and that there were only two sets of towels. I searched and did not find sheets or a duvet for the single bed, nor the third set of towels. I contacted the hotel by message and did not receive any response regarding the missing items. As a family of three, with a 4-year-old child, we were forced to share one bed and to dry the bath towels after each use so that everyone would have something to use. We ended up leaving one night earlier than planned because, in addition to the discomfort, the absence of bedding made the night uncomfortable and cold for everyone. The lack of these items could have been easily resolved and would have been understandable on our part, but the lack of any response from the hotel makes no sense. Final note: the check-out was completed after I had already returned to Portugal, as due to the poor experience, I was forced to bring my return forward.

The location is very convenient next to the metro station, with quite neighborhood , close market and beautiful park. There were an issue in the key code when we arrived it took them an hour to solve it, the apartment is small , the washing machine dryer didn’t work properly

Absolutely unsatisfied, the price was really very very high compared to the apartment that was really small, had poor furniture, the bed was without headboard, pillows were too worn and the view from the window was of the garbage cans. The tiny wardobe was almost completely occupied by the vacuum with a terrible smell inside. The towels were very small and not with a good smell. We don't recomend it

We loved staying here! The rooms are clean and spacious. Three of us stayed in a room with a queen bed & twin bed and it was perfect! We will be staying here next time we come to Copenhagen. It’s a quick walk to the metro and very easy to get to the airport. The area is very safe and quiet. They were very responsive to my questions and the check in process is super easy.

The support staff was enthusiastic. I had a little problem when checking in the apartment. The digital lock was broken so I waited for a long time. When I called the support number, it took a long time for someone to answer the phone and guide me to get the physical key. I hope the apartment owner will discuss this in advance in an email so that problems like this do not happen again.

Had a wonderful stay at the Brik Apartments. The check in instructions were clear, the room was clean and had everything we needed. As a family it was perfect for us and travelling into the city centre was very easy. My daughter really enjoyed the nearby park and playground, especially the zip line! Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Thank you very much!
