It's absolutely 100% coffee paradise in Alcala! Coffee is extremely delicious, and I want to say big thanks to owners - such coffee taste is a level of quality! And I'm so so happy that I live near and can enjoy it every day! Tostadas are amazing too! We already tried all of them and my favorite is with cabra. Very gourmet! It's 5 out of 5!

My wife and I have travel extensively in Europe and this coffee cafe is by far our favorite. The staff is friendly, helpful; while the coffee is incredible. The food is made locally and is fresh and delightful. The plates and cups are hand made and imported from a North Carolina native supporting missionary efforts. We were fortunate to meet the owners of Brilla Cafe, Emily and Adam; what remarkable people - they are SO dedicated to the community and bringing people together along with conversational English classes. DO NOT MISS THIS GEM when you are in the area!!

I love this place! I had the V60, the flavor profile of the pour over was incredible. I also had the pumpkin and peanut butter loaf which was scrumptious. The music and design of the cafe is sophisticated and welcoming. And the couple who own and operate the cafe are very hospitable ☕️🙌

The best coffee in Alcala de Henares :). I’ve been trying to find a good local coffee shop/place. And I’ve finally found it. I tried the avocado toast too, and it was delicious. The place is super cozy and close to a bus station, so even if you are not in this part of town, it’s worth it to visit.

Great coffee and food! The cappuccino, avocado toast, and apple cinnamon bread were all amazing. Take some time to talk to the owners. Adam and Emily love what they do and create a very friendly atmosphere.
