Update: After receiving my review, I was reached out to by the Chief Revenue Officer of Brimar, saying that he looked into my experience with them, apologizing for what happened and offering me a refund on my purchase. It was very refreshing to finally see someone take ownership and try to make it right. I just wish it had happened much sooner. I am increasing my 1-star rating to a 3-star rating and will increase it further if I work with them again and it goes well.
Original Review: I'd recommend avoiding this company if at all possible. I ordered type 3 barricades for an event and ended up dealing with poor communication, incorrect and defective products and the company taking very little ownership of the issues, blaming it on the manufacturer and saying they couldn’t do anything about it. I’m so glad to have that all behind me and to not have to work with them anymore.
