Update: After receiving my review, I was reached out to by the Chief Revenue Officer of Brimar, saying that he looked into my experience with them, apologizing for what happened and offering me a refund on my purchase. It was very refreshing to finally see someone take ownership and try to make it right. I just wish it had happened much sooner. I am increasing my 1-star rating to a 3-star rating and will increase it further if I work with them again and it goes well. Original Review: I'd recommend avoiding this company if at all possible. I ordered type 3 barricades for an event and ended up dealing with poor communication, incorrect and defective products and the company taking very little ownership of the issues, blaming it on the manufacturer and saying they couldn’t do anything about it. I’m so glad to have that all behind me and to not have to work with them anymore.

Needed a single street sign custom made. Customer service was awesome when I called with questions, online ordering was a breeze and sign showed up quickly, professionally packaged and exactly as described. Highly recommend using this company.

This was my first purchase of barricades from Brimar Industry / Crowd Control Warehouse. Christina Uzhca was extremely helpful when I called to ask a question about my order. Due to the attention I received and great response to my inquiry, I will be ordering more barricades in the future.

Very misleading and untrustworthy. $371 in shipping cost for a bench that cost $700. I was misled with points like: Distance: Longer routes increase fuel, labor, and time expenses. (1,500 miles) Weight and Size: A fully assembled bench takes up more space and requires special handling. (Maybe 50lbs) Accessorial Services: Liftgate and inside delivery are necessary for locations without unloading equipment. (Not needed) The bench was not fully assembled and did not require a liftgate. I’m upset because of the astronomical shipping cost and the gaslighting as to why it was so exorbitant.

Had a special order for a large project and just wanted to hop on here to say customer service rep Anne-Marie (sorry if spelled wrong!) was top notch. Haven't even received my order yet but her attention to customer service is almost unprecedented with what you get with other companies. She's definitely an asset to the company...if her bosses are reading this, she needs a raise!

We order all Valve Tags and Labels from Brimar. Typically, there are zero issues, but if one does occur, Christina Uzhca with Customer Service is the best person to deal with. She gets things done extremely quickly and puts the Customer first!

Spent several hours getting a large personalized sign order together for safetysign.com, one of their businesses. Their security software kept saying the billing address was a mismatch. Calls with them and the bank took more time. Then the order was not in their system. No I am not starting from scratch on a large personalized order. I will order elsewhere. They should have saved the order for a few days at least.
