The service is horrible! Their pastries and hot beverages are okay, but come cold just because the service is completely slow and horrible. The tables are also dusty and not cleaned regularly because..the service is horrible.

Wouldn't recommend the "beef" coated in flour. It's was also too spicy. Not worth it.

I really love the location and atmosphere but I must say that the service is terrible. I keep going back hoping that the service will improve and menu options will be available. I have gone there several times and I will find menu items missing and the service is terrible especially when you sit outside. Today it was so bad that I sat for over 10 mins and no one came to serve me despite leaving three people behind the counter downstairs. I was too tired to go back downstairs so I opted to call the restaurant line while I was in the restaurant. The lady who finally appeared was very nonchalant and once she served me she completely disappeared and never came back to check on me. I had to go downstairs to pay my bill and found she had changed and on her way home and never came to say she would be leaving and handing over to someone else. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the cashier mumbled a quick sorry and had moved on. Safe to say I will not be coming back, nor referring people. Such a shame as the atmosphere is great but some of your wait staff are totally not motivated or even care.

Lovely restaurant with great ambience and very fast internet connection. Great for working, meetings, dates or lunch with friends. It has a play area for kids, so good for the entire family. Highly recommended

Good service and ambience. HOWEVER, I have had the worst food poisoning EVER. I went back to put in a complaint- spoke to the manager who was rather non- committal. She promised to call back after "looking into it." This was several days ago. Haven't heard back from them. BEWARE IF ORDERING A HOT MEAL!!

By far the worst Brioche I have been too. Food and pastries are meh..butntge service is the worst!! If you want atmosphere and ambiance they have it...but the staff are the laziest bunch I have ever encountered. We were only 3 patrons in the entire restaurant but hailing the servers was a game of hide and seek!! If management is reading this...you need to train your staff!!!
