Brisa Barra Hotel

Small size hotel but service is great. The hotel lady manager was very helpful to make sure I am getting a good service. The room was clean and always maintained. I highly recommend this hotel. Great value and location if you want to be away from the crazy crowds.

We stayed in a double room with full sea view which was the right choice if you travel as a couple.|The hotel is in a very good location and the staff are top rated in friendliness and service.|We would especially like to mention Felipe at the reception and Gustavo for a fantastic treatment!|The only thing that pulls down the rating is the atmosphere in the breakfast room which is very loud and since there is nothing to reduce the noise level from many guests and heavy furniture, it is hardly possible to have a normal conversation. |The breakfast is otherwise excellent and the breakfast staff very serviceminded as well.

Its quite massive if you are looking for a more butique or silent stay, good location, nice staff but lots of little things to improve. Omelettes should be done inside the kitchen because of the smell. room daily cleaning could be improved and more deteail to breakfast could make a more pleasent experience.

I had a really pleasant and unforgettable stay in Rio de Janeiro. The Riale is magnificent, the staff are very attentive, especially Edouardo Silva at the bar, who makes wonderful cocktails and is very empathetic. I'll be back for sure. Very cool

I rarely make reviews; however, I feel this hotel def deserves to get good feedback! I travel all around the world on business so I’m very used to staying many hotel settings including many prestigious 5 star hotels. Although some of the facilities may be a bit tired, these issues rapidly disappeared into insignificant ‘issues’. It’s never the facility that qualifies a place as being particularly memorable or ‘5 star’, rather, it’s the staff’s attentive care that qualifies them as a special place! The manager, the desk staff, the cleaning staff, and restaurant staff were truly 5 star in my eyes! You’ve nailed it and can’t tell you how much I appreciated your care during my stay! From your warm smiles and seemingly simple gestures such as remembering my name are the things patrons will always remember. Well done and I would highly recommend anyone staying in Rio for business to here because you will feel at home away from home! Thank you!! 👏👏👏

Pleasant hotel, in a very safe area; comfortable; very good service and excellent view from the balcony. Would come back.||I suggest though, that the hotel pool be isolated from the hotel entrance view, to make it private for the guests. This issue did not make me use of it.

The service and staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is ok. Not exceptional, but good. Breakfast is excellent! Many options. It is more a 3-star hotel than a 4-star, as stated. There are other options for better hotels a few steps away from this. I asked for the option of late check-out, and they wanted to charge me over R$400 for a few extra hours. The front desk staff said it is 50% of the daily rate, but at Decolar, you find the daily rate at R$ 410. Also, the room needs significant improvement and repair. Cleaning also needs improvement. The smell was not good coming from the bathroom! Next time, I might check other options in the neighbourhood.

It's in a very good location, and the staff is super friendly. We'd definitely be back in the future. The pool is amazing, too.
