I was in town for a funeral recently. The owners were very nice. As my daughter had decided at the last minute to accompany me on the trip, the owners offered me a 2-bed room instead of the 1-bed I had originally booked, for the same price. It was much appreciated. My only issue with my stay was the fact that, despite being in the middle of a global pandemic, housekeeping was entering and cleaning rooms without wearing minimal, appropriate PPE-a mask. I do hope she was at least wearing gloves and/or sanitizing her hands in between rooms.
UPDATE: Reply to owner’s comment: FYI-Your housekeeping staff was not wearing a mask in the hallway, which is where I saw them. When someone wears a mask, it’s to protect others. I would’ve felt more comfortable and safe had they worn a mask while in my room, during my stay. It should not be an option.
