Its a well located, cheap hostel. The Canadian guy at reception when I checked in was helpful both at check in and when I decided to extend my stay. Can't stress enough how well located this place is. Good restaurant with great deals for backpackers right outside, and heaps of other solid options for food, drinks, coffee, bubble tea, whatever else you want are within a few minutes walk.

This hostel offers good value for money and is located in the city center. The kitchen has ample utensils and space, but is generally clean. The staff is generally friendly, and they don't allow for next-day luggage retrieval. To borrow a hairdryer, you need to exchange your passport.

Chewed gums on the table in the room. Bit by bedbugs during my stay. Extremely smelly lobby. Waken up at 4 a.m. by fire alarm. Beds are comfortable, reception services are fine, location is great.

If you're looking for a place to stay up all night against your will, this hotel is perfect. The street noise blasts through the windows like you're sleeping on the sidewalk. I’ve had tents that block noise better than whatever these windows are made of. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic comfort — not a front-row ticket to traffic, sirens, and 2AM arguments. Absolute waste of money. You're paying for four walls and zero rest.

I stayed in a single room for two nights.Just enough for me going around inner city, not too difficult to come back from anywhere in the city.I didn't mind the shared bathroom, shower and everything, but some of light and the shower booths seem to be fixed. I'd recommend to have a heater or electric blanket during winter.

you offer a triple room where the top bunk is harder to reach than Mount Everest (not even a ladder, just the railing) and wobbles more than the titanic shortly before it sank. even though i have stayed with you a few times, it will be the last time despite the nice staff There will be no recommendations in this life.

If you're nostalgic for the good old days of Windows 95, dial-up internet, and questionable plumbing, then this backpackers might be right up your alley. The whole place feels like it hasn't seen an update since the late 90s — and that includes the facilities, the furniture, and definitely the Wi-Fi. Speaking of Wi-Fi, don't expect to stream, scroll, or even load a basic webpage from your room. The signal is so weak it practically vanishes unless you’re standing outside in the courtyard, which ironically has the best internet reception. Because nothing says “modern travel” like huddling outdoors for a signal in 2025. The rooms are cramped, the beds creak with every breath, and the "view" is… well, just don't expect one. A few of the taps and showers are broken or barely functioning, and everything from the toilets to the kitchen appliances screams "budget hostel, circa 1997." Oh, and let’s talk about the key situation. Yes, an actual physical key (remember those?). No keycards here — just old-school metal and a $40 deposit for something that probably cost $2 to cut at the hardware store. The staff were nice enough, and the location is decent with transport nearby — but that's about where the praise ends. For what you're paying, you'd expect at least basic functionality, if not a hint of modernization. Honestly, this place needs a serious reboot — preferably one that doesn't involve floppy disks.

The hostel is good overall, but be sure to avoid rooms 25 to 27. Every night there is a disco downstairs, the whole room is shaking, and the music will speed up your heartbeat and make it impossible to sleep.
