British Airways Concorde Room

What an amazing way to start the first class experience! Exceeded expectations completely. The food was delicious, my glass was never empty - the service was exemplary, just like on the flight. Very hushed surroundings, definitely felt like formal Michelin dining and could not hear the buzz of the terminal when in the booth whatsoever.

This famed airport lounge did not disappoint on two visits. The service was first rate and the people were ever so kind to us. If you can splurge on a first class airfare it’s a must-do at Heathrow. We will always cherish this visits and hope we will get to do this again.

Fantastic first class lounge, with surprisingly good food, afternoon tea, and top notch champagne. The service was impeccable and the fact that the lounge is not so big gives a more relaxing experience. I’ve stayed there for about 4 hours and did see the time pass.

We had the pleasure of patronising the Concorde Room at Heathrow, an oasis of calm, classic comfort crafted for first-class passengers with first-class finesse. The personalised pampering from the staff is a boon especially for long haul passengers like us. Our flight schedule allows us to enjoy the delectable dining delights of dinner and breakfast - seafood dishes like the Prawn & Samphire Salad, Chalk Stream Trout and the Salmon Salad were particularly inviting. We agree that the Concorde Room is more than a lounge; it’s impeccable indulgence in every sense - A true haven for those who savour the art of air travel. Enjoy!

First time having a formal meal in the Concorde Room and I can’t complain it was delicious. Staff were very attentive. The little pods were secluded but also made you feel a little claustrophobic. But that’s a minor niggle but a great experience.

This is my 6th visit to the Concord lounge at Heathrow Terminal 5. It never disappoints. It is large and beautifully decorated with a variety of places to sit and / or dine. The food is tasty and beautifully presented and there is a wide choice of drinks and cocktails all complimentary of course! There is an inside terrace to sit where you can watch the aeroplanes or there is more cozy seats inside the lounge with fireplaces and nice coffee tables. Highly recommended.

Wonderfully British lounge. Discreet, but finely executed. Food is great quality for a lounge, service is always cordial and prompt. Only let down is the wine list - I trust they will slowly integrate more quality here.

Raj, Monica, Naison, Domingo & Beverley provided the most amazing service we've ever received in our life! The food and the drinks were spectacular, and the service was second to none!! If you could give 6 stars we would!
