Broadstone Vin

The apartment building is new, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. That being said, the amenities are very much lacking compared to other apartment buildings within the same price range. And, the most frustrating thing is the management and lack of responsiveness to service issues - for the amount of money these apartments cost, you would expect them to attend to service requests quickly. Unfortunately, you have to nag them to attend to any maintenance issue; otherwise, it will never be addressed.

This review is primarily for Jessi, the primary leasing agent/do everything building boss. We didn't end up at the Broadstone, but if not for extenuating circumstances we would have, it's a great spot. Jessi was a big part of our excitement to live there; she was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the process. If you're living or looking into the Vin, you're in great hands with her. I’ve only lived here at the Vin for just a couple of days, but I’m really happy with my decision to move here. First off, the demeanor of the residents that I’ve met or seen seems to be the same as me, like we all made the right choice. As far of the units are concerned they are beautiful. Really nice finishes throughout the building and extending down to the street view. Very mature designs. The rooftop is stunning, with a view of Lake Union and the South Lake Union skyline. The location of this property is ideal for me, I can access any part of Seattle within minutes. You can walk to or bike to a ton of great restaurants and breweries, and it’s really close to the Woodland Park Zoo with Green Lake right there. Adjacent to the Vin is Fremont and Gas Works Park on one side and along the canal in the other direction is Salmon Bay. Close by is the Sunday Fremont market with great booths and a ton of choices. I highly recommend The Broadstone Vin for your next apartment. I’ve seen dozens of properties in the past several months and you can’t lose here. The staff (Rafael and Dustin) have also been so polite and professional with me, making the move-in that much easier. Oh, forgot to mention that the gym will be up and running in just a few days and looks like state of the art equipment. Apartment by itself is nice but the management is completely unresponsive. Even management was good until a few months back. They increase utility charges suddenly without any explanation and do not provide any response if asked for an explanation.

I have been living at Broadstone Vin for over a year, and it's been a great place to live! It's in a nice location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and is close to both Gas Works Park and Green Lake. There are also several bus stops within walking distance. The management and maintenance have always been very responsive, helpful, and friendly.

I've been at the Broadstone Vin for over 2 years, and it's been a great experience. Some other reviews mention issues with management, but I've never had any issues with any of the staff. They've always been super helpful and responsive when I needed something irregular. Although I would knock my review down to 3 stars if we ever had to deal with Fetch again ;)

Jorden was a great point person during my apartment searching process! He did a walk through tour with me and was very knowledgeable and kind. I was then out of state and he did a video walk through with me which was super helpful. He was prompt in responding to emails and made me feel at ease during the whole process. I’m so excited to move in and feel confident I’ll be in good hands at Broadstone vin

I really enjoyed my visit to Broadstone Vin, the building is modern and clean. The manager Haili was great and helpful/informative. The rooftop has a great view of the space needle.
