In response to the hotels response. They did guarantee the room, twice. And housekeeping and front reception looked on the map to confirm the room was next to the pump house. The restaurant is only open during the day. So please don’t blame them for the noise that was 24/7 constant. We booked almost 2 months in advance. Prior to booking I phoned and emailed the resort asking for a specific room. We asked for the specific room because it was best suited to our toddler. Via phone and email we were told it would not be a problem and to mention it on the special requests form when booking, which we did. Three days prior to check-in, I phoned to confirm that we had been allocated the room. The answer was no. They did not bother to contact me. I had to contact them. They placed us in the room next door to the room we wanted, which was smaller. They said the guests in the room we wanted had extended their stay. I asked the guests if this was the case, the older lady said no. They put us in a room directly next to the pool pump house, so it was loud all day and all night. So, not only did they not give us the room we asked for, they provided the worst possible alternative. The lady on reception and house keeper confirmed that the room was next to the pump house. Also, the silver chain was removed from the front door, so my toddler could easily walk out / escape. You can’t lock the front door from the inside. The king bed was hard. Replace your mattresses. The pillows were lumpy. Husband had to buy a new pillow while in Perth. Air con was old and sounded like an air craft taking off as it burbled away. It isn’t cheap accommodation. Lift your game and renovate. And stop using the room next to the pool pump house.

Loved that both rooms had a bathroom, close to the swimming pool a walk to subway and small supermarket. My child Loved this hotel, my lovely mum did not like the stairs! We loved the cafe connected to the place as well. Sunset photos across the road- what are you waiting for???

After looking for many hotels in Perth city I finally found one. What's important to me is having two separate bedrooms so I can get a good night sleep away from my daughter. This was the one! Comfy king size bed, a nice balcony, washer and dryer, kitchen, 2 TV's, 2 bathrooms, lounge room and dining table. Literally a home away from home. There's a swimming pool and tennis court, reception provide tennis rackets and balls for free if you ask. The only down side to the resort was the pool was pretty dirty, putting a creepy crawly in every night wouldn't hurt to pick up all the dirt on the bottom. I read a review about the pool being dirty so I didn't choose to pack bathers. And I also read a review about the dooners being old and I can confirm ours were pretty old too. The blinds were very dusty and the main shower likes to flood, the exhaust fan doesn't provide adequate ventilation either. If I stay in this area I would for sure stay here again though.

Spacious rooms. Kitchenette was very handy. Pool, Sauna & spa were decent. Unfortunately repairs were ongoing to the spa most of the stay. Could do with a general revamp but definitely worth the stay 👍

Broadwater is is little dated, but as a result, is very good value for money. It’s one of the few places that comfortably accommodate a bigger family and is walking distance to restaurants, a great pub and supermarkets. The pool is great for the kids!

Absolutely disgusting service and rudest staff. Receptionists and security guards very rude and unprofessional. Was charged multiple times for no reason by reception and was charged for losing my key after the reception lady yelled at me and my family, making my girlfriend cry. (All on camera). 1/10… NEVER STAY HERE!!!!

Good location, lovely pool area and parking. Apartment was ok but needs upgrading. kitchen area not great, ours went into a point that was difficult to use. Not enough cooking utensils. Bathrooms were ok. Beds were very comfortable. Not enough storage for clothes. Was big enough for our needs.
