I am irritated by their approach to billing. You are charged an "optional" fee for "education," which is not explained. To get the "optional" fee removed, you have to call back repeatedly or go online repeatedly to get it removed. Is not an upfront way to go. Further, they pressure you to reup with minimal days to decide before they bill your credit card. I have reupped for the last time - the billing approach and some of the shows and the confusing parking garage add up to a NOPE for me.
