I stayed at this hotel last month...Receptionist check in was terrible. The employees have a bad relationship. No hotel check in. I have seen this hotel check in.

We had an spacious room, very clean and comfortable. It is a great budget hotel. People who work here are all very nice. You feel well looked after.

This hotel don't have their own parking lot. It's very very hard to get a parking lot here it your are driving to here, as it's located at the popular Little India, one of the tourist hotspot in George Town. It's better to park some where, 100 meters away along the street in from of this hotel, it will be less traffic jam, less double parking issue too! Room consider not bad at all at the price offered by Agoda apps. Eating outside the hotel here is not a big issue, you will get lots of Malay food, Indian food and Chinese food as well, even vegetarian too!

I stayed 2 weeks here. I was pretty happy overall. The room comes with a window as do all 18 rooms in this hotel. And the room size was good at about 24 square metres.||||Positives: wifi worked very well and was reasonably fast at around 5Mbps.||TV was flat screen and mounted on the wall, but as usual only boring local channels mainly.||Bed was comfortable, with good clean and new linens.||||Aircon was split set Panasonic and worked very well.||||My room was out the back side of the hotel and so did not suffer any noise.||||The big plus here was that the water coming out of all the taps in the hotel was drinkable. I originally asked about a filtered water dispenser in the hotel and the receptionist told me that all water is filtered coming into the hotel. In fact I looked outside the window of the room and saw all of these filtration systems. Anyway I drank the water out of the tap here for two weeks with no issues. ||||The cleaner would knock on the door around 2pm every day and give out a new towel and collect the trash.||||Negatives: There is no lift, so you have to climb a maximum of 3 levels if you are on the top floor.||||The desk in the room was tiny and I struggled to eat my lunch off it every day. Some extra table space would be good management if you are reading.||||Price: I originally booked through Booking.com at a rate of 80 Ringgits per night (single occupancy) including the 10 Ringgit tourist tax. When I went to extend they said that I could have the room for 70 Ringgits per night including the tax. That sounded like a good deal to me.

Great location, close to Little India, the main bus route and other popular sights, had extremely friendly and helpful staff, and clean simple rooms. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re on a budget looking for a good quality place to stay in Georgetown

Great budget place to stay in. Nice spacious room, with air condition, and hot water shower. There is a flat screen TV with some cable channels. Bed is soft and comfortable. Free wifi in the room. Room and bathroom is clean. Lots of convenience stores all around, and a short walk to main areas in Georgetown. Staff members are very polite and helpful. There is no parking in the hotel, so guests have to park outside. Overall very pleasant experience.

We had 2 nights here, it was 80 myr a night which was an ok price. It was clean, we had our own bathroom, a/c and a tv. The bed was fine, plenty of power points, great location with a view of the Chinese temple. We had a problem with the toilet continuing to fill up, which the staff who were all lovely tried to fix. We were offered another room but we were checking out next day so declined. The street is a little noisy so I was woken early by traffic but as a budget option this is fine.

A 3 storied budget hotel with basic amenities. It's located strategically near majority attractions in Georgetown. No lift, so only staircase is available to use. Only towel and a soap will be provided. No water filter is provided as well. Room service is available upon request. Need to request to turn on Aircon and water heater switch at the reception. Overall average experience. Service and room condition can be improved
