Do not recommend! I purchased tickets for Moulin Rouge last January. My 20-year-old cousin tragically passed away one week before our trip, so we had to cancel it. Broadway.com’s representative stated that they would call back if there were any availabilities in the months to follow for shows. It is now a year later, no call back, and we did not receive a refund of any kind (the tickets were $500 total). I looked at the shows in the proceeding months and they did have availability. Every other accommodation/event we had was able to give us a refund or some kind of credit given the circumstances. It was just an awful feeling all in all, and I’m disappointed for the lack of empathy this company provided us. Not to mention, the fees are outrageous. Please look at Reddit stories from this company prior to purchasing. There are better options out there!
