Purchasing the tickets was a simple and straightforward process. All the selections (schedules, seat availability, purchase prices, seat locations) were readily available and clearly displayed. The seat assignment chart and the picture of the approximate view from the selected seats were extremely helpful to decide which seat to select! The mobile tickets were ready within minutes. I'm now just looking forward to the show!

2 things about this post. One being the play and the other about the check in staff. To the staff checking in people, be careful when you are grabbing people's bags and not being in the rush. The gentlemen yesterday grabbed my bag and my phone fell out. My face of my phone cracked thus causing a repair. I know it was an accident, just slow down yes I know you are in a hurry but thats an expensive repair. Just slow down and realize you are handling stuff. Imagine if that was your phone. For the story of Harry Potter and The Cursed Child. Actors did amazing and the magic almost real. Every time I watch, these cast members do an amazing service.

Easy to use. I liked that you could see view & do map view to decide on specific seats. Also liked that I could put tickets in wallet.

It was easy to understand the process and purchase the tickets. I appreciate the "view from seats" feature. I also appreciate all inclusive pricing although I feel the processing fees are high (as they are most places) especially since I printed my tickets at home.

I'm glad that the ticket prices listed include all fees and taxes. Slight issue in lag time between when tickets are bought and removed from the site. Had to go back several times to find available tickets even though the tickets I tried were labeled available even after refreshing.

Love philosophy, and this is the one of the few art works that satisfied my hunger. I was even ready to fly across tbe ocean to see Mr.Reeves in this specific play, NYC in falling autumn leaves and Salon Art + Design. Applaus to ALL creatives 👏👏👏

Super easy to search for shows in NYC and get tickets. I loved the easy access to information related to each show. I was also able to select and purchase my tickets within minutes. Easy peasy.
