We give Brodburger a delicious 4.5!!
As "Ricky C." said in his review, Brodburger used to be in a caravan but has since taken over the Canberra Glassworks café. My girlfriend and I like riding there on the weekends. They sell "gourmet burgers", which are incredibly delicious for a cheap $14. The new place is quite nice, so you should go check it out if you haven't already. This place is definitely one of the best places to eat out in Canberra, don't miss out.
Food (2/2): These burgers are sooo good. They come in four main flavours: beef, chicken, fish, and a veggie patty option. You can choose 1 of 3 cheese types: brie, swiss, or blue. You can also ask for chips (+$2.50) which are quite good. Which one do we recommend? I would say the beef one for a classic experience, but the chicken one is my girlfriend's favourite, so I guess you are going to have to go and help us decide!
Ambiance (0.5/1): Although the place is quite nice, we used to like the old caravan better. However, it's not like it was their decision to move (the government made them). The reason why we didn't give it the full star is because they didn't have enough seating for everyone even though they seem to have ample space.
Service (1/1): The wait for the burgers is long, but this is the way it has always been, and you can't blame them for being so delicious. The staff were friendly and polite. The place also seemed to be quite clean, no complaints there.
Other stuff (1/1): These burgers are definitely worth more than the money you are asked for them. It is a great place for families too: they have smaller burger options for kids and people usually go there with their pets on the weekends.
