The hotel is ideally located for a visit to the old town of Palma. It is next door to El Camino (though it gives you no advantge in getting a seat at the bar, if you want one book well in advance as we did). ||The hotel has it's own restaurant, which seemed very popular at night and not only with residents.||The hotel is quirky with each room being different from each other. We stayed in Hans (410) which is close to the restaurant on the second floor, has a separate bathroom with shower, a sitting room which when you open the window overlooks the bed of another bedroom and a window in the hall overlooks the stairs of the hotel. Our sleeping area had no window, but that was really not a problem. ||The bed was comfortable. There was some nice artwork on the room. The wardrobe, where the safe was, looked as if it had been bought in a bricante market and had a hanging rail, but not the drop to hang dresses. It had lots of drawers. ||The shower had good water pressure.||The air-conditioning only really impacted the sleeping area, but that wasn't a problem, particularly when we could open windows to get a through breeze.||There were adequate sockets to charge devices.||There was a reasonable size fridge which inlcuded two bottles of water for free on arrival. There was also a free bottle of cava on arrival.||There is a capsule coffee machine in the room with capsules.||Our friends who were in the next door room, had a separate bathroom, but the shower cabinet was in their bedroom at the end of the bed and they had a small balcony overlooking the street. It alos had a quite large Smeg fridge in the room.||As others have remarked on the breakfast is very good with a good range of fruits, meat, cheese, pastries and yoghurt. Coffee is from an automatic machine, which is a shame as it right next to a professional barista machine.||The staff are friendly and helpful. As with most hotels in Palma they are at a minimum bilingual and probably all trilingual.
