Our contact person Nuno was very helpful. Our checkin was smooth, instructions were clear cut and he gave us great recommendations for the city and things to do. He also accommodated our requests as far as possible. The apartment was nice, clean and as advertised in the photos as well and the area is pretty vibrant. The only reason it's not a 5/5 for me is because the size of the apartment we booked was a bit small given our large suitcases so it was a bit of inconvenience but even then the experience was nice and smooth. Definitely check it out if you're in Lisbon for a short trip.

Unsafe and uncooperative. When we exited the apartment for the first time we were surrounded by men from a local homeless shelter, including a naked man who was relieving himself in the doorway. We did not know who they were, that they are “harmless” (as the owner told us later) and apparently “they are only there for one hour a day” however my wife and I ultimately felt unsafe and chose to leave and were refused a refund. Safety on a holiday is paramount and we did not feel safe here. We moved a place a few blocks away which was cheaper, safer and much, much nicer.

Disappointing experience and even worse communication received from the owner whom I contacted before leaving any reviews. He was objectively childish and rude with response on whatsapp following legitimate concerns I raised- there was a cockroach, the apartment images used on booking confirmation and overview are misleading, and the bathroom smelled damp. V. Small apartment, V. noisy and not realistically suitable for more than a couple of people. Poor experience, I wouldn't usually even write a review but I think it is important on this occasion.

Clean, very comfy bed. The studio has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. Full private bathroom, tv, iron, coffee machine, fridge, pots, etc. Located on a quieter street, but close to lots of good restaurants and coffee shops. The only thing I would change is that I had to lock the studio door with the key from the inside. Sometimes there was an issue with opening the door downstairs too, but aside from these minor things I would absolutely stay here again.

We made a two-day reservation for an apartment Bairro Alto Bronze of Art - Rua da Cruz dos Poiais, 23. Our stay started out pretty well, except for the difficulty of parking our car (there was no free parking within 200 meters of the apartment, contrary to what was advertised in the booking confirmation). We moved into a studio apartment for our stay which is very well decorated and clean. However, the apartment was very damp, the paint on the walls was peeling in the bathroom and the shower area was very poorly insulated. Unfortunately, our stay took an unfortunate turn as we discovered several large cockroaches in the common areas of the building and worse in our unit. We notified the owner of the situation (with photos and videos) and asked for compensation but he would not listen and discharged himself of any responsibility without trying to accommodate us. So we decided to shorten our stay at our own expense. This studio is referenced as a 4 star on the rental sites and it is not acceptable to sleep in an accommodation / building, visibly infested by cockroaches, I advise against staying there until a thorough treatment will not be done. As a reminder, flying cockroaches are potentially pathogenic pests and reproduce in large numbers.

Cockroach city! Do not go here, there are other reviews stating there are cockroaches too, so clearly the owners do not care to resolve the infestation. Only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is the location — right in the heart of the best part of Lisbon.

One on the best apartement in Lisbon, new and clean . It's in the calm area but the night life and everything just 6-7 minutes walking.. The owner makes everything easy, I contacted him by WhatsApp to ask many things about Lisbon and every time was welcoming.. Thank you very much, I'm sure that I'll come back to my home in Lisbon..
