Brook Lane Hotel -4 star Boutique Hotel

We loved the comfort, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the rooms and common areas. The bar was nice although we did not have dinner in the restaurant. The included breakfast was as expected and the service was very good. The fragrance in the lobby and common areas was lovely and relaxing. A very short, nice walk to town for all shopping and dining, no need to move the car! Their sister restaurant "35" was excellent!!!! and we appreciated the $40 voucher included with our check in. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Boutique extremely clean hotel in Kenmare. Lovely food (the breakfast berry selection is to die for). The service is so good, nothing is too much trouble. The owner and her team were really helpful with suggestions of things to do. She even helped us when we had an issue at the next hotel we moved on to. Free tea and coffee in the room is a great touch and much appreciated. We will definitely be back, thanks for making our time comfortable and special.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Plenty of free parking onsite and there is an easy pathway that makes it easy to walk to downtown. The hotel is decorated nicely and our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We ate at the restaurant twice and enjoyed our meals - it’s obvious that many locals come for dinner because the food is good. And I can’t say enough good things about the breakfast - part of it is made to order and there is also a generous buffet of fruits, yogurt, breads, and other goodies. Coffee and tea are brought to your room on demand for no extra cost (loved this!). This hotel is locally owned and the proprietor Una is a fantastic resource for recommendations and she does whatever is needed to make sure her guests are happy. In a world that is going ‘corporate’ do yourself a favor and book this locally owned hotel.

My wife and I visited this hotel in Kenmare with college friends who had visited here a couple of years ago. They highly recommended the Brook Lane Hotel and we were not disappointed. It is every bit as lovely and comfortable as they told us! The staff are top notch from the owner to the wait staff to housekeeping, etc. Everyone was polite, friendly and attentive to our every need. Breakfast was included and provided a great variety of both hot and cold items - eggs, waffles, pancakes, muffins, scones, fruit, cereal, etc. Dinner in the bar/restaurant was delicious in a very comfortable inviting atmosphere. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and highly recommend the Brook Lane Hotel to anyone planning to visit Kenmare!

If you love boutique hotels, you will love Brook Lane Hotel! It is fabulous. The hotel offers beautifully designed public spaces and rooms. We loved the heated floors in the bathrooms and the super comfortable beds. The design theme is sleek but warm. Una, the owner, seems to always be around to offer suggestions and advice, and if she is not there, a capable staff is always around. Breakfast is delicious with a buffet and made-to-order options. Casey’s, the on-site restaurant, offers a wide variety of items for lunch and dinner - all of which is delicious. The location is very convenient to town with a stone path across from the hotel that offers a shortcut into town. For us, it was the perfect balance of location, personal and personable service, and a beautifully designed hotel. We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon.

What a gorgeous hotel. Our stay here was fabulous from start to finish. We were in kenmare for a wedding at Drumquinna manor and we stayed at Brookline for the weekend. The beds were so cozy. We stayed in a suite which is highly recommend if you like a bit of space. Shower and jazooozi bath were amazing. Food was exceptional and the staff were not just professional. It was like we were family visiting family. There are lovely little seating areas inside and outside. Breakfast was top quality and the selection of food was great and quality food. Lunch and dinner were also gorgeous. We even got a pot of tea and cookies delivered to our room at 3 am after our night at the wedding. I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 from us for us. Can’t wait for an excuse to go again. This hotel is a stones throw walk into town as well.

We stayed at Brook Lane for two nights as part of a Vagabond tour and were very pleased with the room, the mattress and the food/service. The hotel is in walking distance to shops and restaurants. I ordered tea both mornings to be delivered to the room, and it was delivered in just minutes! The breakfast was outstanding!

Absolutely amazing hotel, in a super location! Una was a delight, she made a point of welcoming us on arrival and the next morning was around the tables topping up everyone's coffee cups. The breakfast was the best breakfast we've had in a hotel, maybe even ever! Everything was homemade! Can't wait to get back. Keep up the great work Una and team!

Great hotel in a charming town. It's clean, has friendly service, ideally located-5minute walk from the main part of town. Very nice complimentary breakfast. I highly recommend the hotel.

Hands down best hotel I've stayed in while in Ireland, great breakfast, great room , great staff and close town definitely be back there again
