Taj Mahal Tea House is an exquisite place for any tea connoisseur. It offers a variety of tea ranging from light brews of oriental teas and herbal teas to rich desi masala chai. I've been there a lot of time and now this has become my go to place. I'm a big fan of their Jasmine rose tea. Paired with bun maska, it's a fantastic combination. I recently tried chocolate Extravenza, a very interesting dessert with layers of hazelnut and dark chocolate. Honestly amazing. Other than that I'd say the paneer sandwich was good, the chicken sandwich too. Overall it's an amazing place to hang out with your friends or family or a first date place. It has a really regal vibe but also quite chic and modern. The service is fast and quite prompt. Good place✌🏻

Located in a Bandra bylane, this place has an old world charm. The menu is on the expensive side, but the experience is absolutely worth the visit. The Parsi mint tea is the highlight of the teas section. As we were in a large group we tried the food platter which was a good decision; it consisted of many unique bite-sized takes on common food items. A must-try. However this place is not pulling in the crowds, management must review their location strategy. This could be a crowd puller in the right location.

Recently visited Brook Bond Taj Mahal tea house. lts nestled in quiet street of Bandra and once you reach this place it takes you by surprise. Such a dainty, dreamy looking place that you don't want to leave it unexplored! I went to every nook and corner and it was nostalgic with a beautiful collection of cups, vases, pots, musical instruments, vintage furniture that it takes you down the memory lane. It's an old bungalow turned into a cafe that showcases traditional settings. To top it off the selection of teas was mind boggling. I tried a kahwa and mawa cake that was so rich but light and fresh. The staff was good and everything seemed just right for the evening! Loved it and will revisit. High 5:))

Tucked away in a charming old bungalow in the Reclamation area of Bandra, this tea house is a haven for those seeking a tranquil and authentic tea experience. The ambience is nothing short of perfect – cozy, intimate, and steeped in warmth. The moment you step inside, you'll feel enveloped in a sense of serenity. The tea menu is staggering, boasting an impressive array of options that cater to every taste and preference. Milk tea enthusiasts will be in heaven, with an unparalleled selection to choose from. Last winter they had a carrot cheese milk tea flavour , was my favourite . While the food looks appealing, unfortunately, it falls short in terms of moisture and flavor. Most dishes I tried were dry , but not in edible . On the plus side, the tea house offers convenient valet parking on site. However, be aware that the road leading to the bungalow may be inaccessible due to ongoing construction work, as was the case during my visit. A delightful surprise is the small loose tea shop nestled inside, which is a treasure trove of artisanal teas. The staff here are knowledgeable and experienced, happy to guide you through the various options.

A Charming Tea Experience at Brooke Bond Taj Mahal Tea Lounge ☕ We stumbled upon this quaint little spot for a casual catch-up with friends, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. The place exudes warmth, making it perfect for long conversations over tea. The menu is surprisingly extensive, offering a contemporary twist on classics—think paneer-stuffed samosas! Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are well represented, along with beautifully curated tea platters that pair perfectly with the food. With such a wide variety of teas to explore, one visit just isn’t enough. Looking forward to coming back to sample more! A must-visit for tea lovers and food enthusiasts alike.

We walked over to the Taj Mahal Tea House (TMTH for short.. rather than BBTMTH - which is quite a mouthful if you ask me 😄) from Mount Mary Church following a leisurely stroll along Band Stand. Since the latter of the two walks had been somewhat brisk, we were in definite need for some refreshment and the delightful experience that greeted us was truly welcome. It wasn't quite a surprise for our friend had recommended the joint with much gusto! We chose to start with (and eventually ended with it too - for what was meant to be a small meal, it definitely was not) an assortment of sweet & savoury tidbits - the Non-veg High Tea Platter - with cups of chai - mine a Kashmiri Saffron and hers a Parsi Mint. Barring one or two of the assortment, all the items were delectable - even the ones that didn't quite fit the bill quite right were still quite palatable, perhaps we were suffering from the theory of diminishing returns from over consumption 😄 or so it seemed at the time. The place is truly one of its kind with a variety of seating options (we, it would turn out later, had managed to occupy the most coveted armchairs in the establishment) and tea rooms in many a pleasant setting without straying too far from the theme of a quiet and elegant heritage. On the whole, we enjoyed a wonderful autumnal evening and found TMTH a sanctuary from the bustle of what is 'maximum city'. lt thoroughly satisfied our nerves.

Superb place.... On the expensive side. But the the tea tasting experience with different types of Darjeeling and assam tea is great and the interiors are lovely porting you to a tea estate ambience. Ideal for a Sunday brunch. Tip : Take the seating inside in case you visit in the daytime.

Super delicious tea! Wow! And the food that the servers recommended were excellent. Service overall was also excellent. We'll be back! We came back and had another great experience! Rajkumar, the supervisor of the wait staff, again provided excellent service including detailed explanations of the teas and food pairing options.
