Brookhaven House Bed & Breakfast Accommodation

We had a brilliant stay at Brookhaven. We were met by Mary on our arrival. She was very welcoming and friendly and offered us tea and cake. Our room was beautiful with a great view. All the amenities we needed were provided. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice and variety. All our questions were answered with a smile. We also had lots of lovely chats with John. By the end of our stay we felt like family. We would definitely go back and have already recommended it to our family. . Thank you Mary and John from Maria and Colin.

Absolutely outstanding stay at this beautiful bed and breakfast. John and Mary were so welcoming and helpful to us and extremely friendly. The rooms were lovely and spacious and immaculately clean. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and a good variety of cooked and continental options. The location was perfect, on the Ring of Kerry and only a few minutes into Waterville village. Would definitely recommend this place to stay to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Kerry and will definitely be returning to stay here!

If you’re looking for a more personal touch and a warm homely place to stay then definitely book with Mary at Brookhaven House. Rooms were so spacious and the bed was huge! Best sleep we’ve had on our trip. And the breakfast was to die for!! We were notified last minute that our trip the next morning was brought forward and Mary was so obliging having breakfast for us very early in the morning so we would be full before we set out for the day! Thanks again Mary!!

Hi stayed in Brookhaven house for the Waterville Triathlon and had a fantastic time. The owners Mary & John deliver a top class experience and made sure I had everything I needed. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast each day was a treat they catered for my triathlon diet needs and when the event was finshed I had a full Irish breakfast which was lovely. Quality and standard at the Brookhaven House B&B is superb. Bed was very comfortable and facilities in room was 5 star. I had a very enjoyable 2 night stay there, and Mary Clifford is an excellent, hospitable, and very friendly host. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Brookhaven House B & B. Ben Gibson.

We loved our stay at Brookhaven B&B. Our room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic with plenty of choice. The host was super friendly. Brookhaven is a 2 minute drive from waterville, probably not a long walk in but there is no footpath. We would most definitely recommend a stay here

Mary was a wonderful host. We stayed with our 16 month old and had a lovely, spacious room. Breakfast each morning was good and we enjoyed chatting with John in the evening. Mary even helped us with a last minute request for babysitting. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

We have a lovely break for 2 nights. The rooms are so big clean good furnished. The breakfast was so tasty. Mary did her best during our stay in this hotel. We deffinatelly will go back in the future.

Beautiful B&B with a delightful owner. The stay was wonderful - everything was clean, charming and inviting. The breakfast was terrific and our host, Mary, couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. We stumbled upon this incredible little B&B when we arrived in Waterville and loved it so much we stayed two nights. Mary is the owner and is such a delightful Irish lady. The accommodations were very clean, comfortable and inviting. The tea and breakfast were also class. I would not only suggest staying at Brookhaven but I look forward to my next trip!
