I went with a friend to exchange her towels for a different color and Kennedy was so helpful! Kennedy's knowledge was vast (who knew that different towel types were better for bathrooms that get less airflow vs. more airflow!) and her vibes were great. I feel like I made a new friend lol (bonus points for giving me a popcorn ball and tote bag even though I was just there with my friend). Will be coming back to buy towels here the next time I need them!
