Cool atmosphere, intimate setting for performance. Went to a comedy show hosted by Adam Malev (Saturday nights at 9) and had a great time

Brooklyn Art Haus is a cool, laid-back venue with a creative vibe. I went for a comedy show and really enjoyed the intimate setting—it’s a great place to catch live performances. The service at the bar was a bit slow, but the staff were friendly and the drinks were good once they came out. Overall, a nice spot to unwind and enjoy some local talent

Brooklyn Art Haus is one of those special spots that makes you feel instantly at home. Tucked away in Williamsburg, it’s a creative playground where art, music, and community all come together. Whether you're popping in for a show, a drink or just to soak up the energy, it’s the kind of place that sticks with you.

A modern contemporary art space queer, but open to all - very friendly welcoming. It has a bar comic night, art gallery, and performance theater. A modern throwback to the days of Cafe Voltaire/ dada designed with a baus haus flavor

This is one of my favorite places in New York. A fantastic rehearsal space, performance venue, gallery, cafe, and otherwise haven for creatives. It’s so beautiful!

Probably one of my new favorite local venues. Clean entrance, smooth flow from the bar entrance to the show room. A lot of space to spread out and chill (with comfortable seating!!!) Only wishlist is a better sound system but this is pretty swell already.

Yelp
Another music/ bar/ viewing venue in BK...why not?! I came for the free comedy show that was taking place in the front side lobby area. Cute area to seat maybe 30+ people. It was very intimate space. There was a metal show going on at the same time in the music area. It made it difficult to say the least. The comics were already struggling in the jokes dept, the show inside made it even harder for them. Lol Outside of that, the drinks were good...the bartenders were a tiny bit slow, but they were nice. I'm sure I'll be back, but maybe not for the free comedy show.

Yelp
This is like the perfect place to see an off broadway type show. Staff were very welcoming. The location was easy to find. The theater was very quaint and intimate. I'd go back for another show.

Yelp
This was my first time here, which it was to view a documentary. Upon entering there are seats & a bar, which gives you sometime to mingle if you get there before your showing start time, or you can mingle after. One of the things that I wasn't too happy with was a man was literally talking loud during the documentary & I felt security or someone should've removed him sooner than they did. I saw when he was getting escorted out & he looked drunk, but him talking went on too long & the theater part is small. Everyone had to have heard him. Aside from that, it was a cool little spot.

Yelp
Wow what a space! South Williamsburg's needed a space like this. Between the cafe, bar, and rehearsal space-- not gonna lie. This is heaven. I rolled through on a Saturday night and bumped into one of the owners. I was sort peeking in from the outside and one of the owners waved me in. I was dressed like a bum and looking hella suspicious so shout out to them being a sweetheart. I was just looking for bar and lol accidentally found myself attending an interactive piece later in the night. The space is pretty new. It's a mix between a bar/cafe, theater, restaurant, and they even have podcast studios. It's HUGE. The entrance is a rotating active gallery. It was set up with Genesis Be's work at the time. They're known for leading the charge to remove the Confederate Emblem from the Mississippi Flag. I love spaces with active gallery space. Being able to live and interact within art warms my heart. Apparently there are also shows most nights -- There's a weekly circus show called Cirkus Moxie on Wednesdays. Definitely mad interested. I got there in-between the first and second show of the night. There were some snacks served -- mediterranean bites and charcuterie boards. The crowd was varied and genuinely nice. The real stand out was the Matcha martini and the orange wine. Sooo delicious, it's definitely worth a try. I also need to give a shout out to the OLIVES in my dirty gin martini. I'll be back with my partner for sure. A solid date spot. They're open late which is a big bonus post COVID.
