⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the team with assists in and out of the marina, Dean, Steven and Morgan. The marina is in a nice area with walking trails and parks. However, the reason for the 3 star review is the lack of any amenities at this marina. No showers, laundry or bathrooms. The shore power doesn’t work in all slips. While attempts were made to fix the situation, we ended up plugging in across the dock. The wi-fi is intermittent at best, most of the time no internet connection. Very bouncy most of the day and night due to high traffic on the river. Pricey for the lack of amenities.

We stayed for about a week for the 4th of July. Sam, the dock manager, is so friendly and helpful. He is always there and works really hard. The location is excellent, with the city as a backdrop and Brooklyn as your neighborhood. The security gate to the docks is at the pier park area which is a hub of activity. Walking, running trails, soccer fields on the pier, ice cream shop, play grounds, green spaces for picnicking yoga, etc. The office is a bit of a walk, past the playground and across the street, about 5 mins from the dock. Estuary is a great restaurant right next to the office and Ebb and Flow is their coffee/pastry shop. There is a market opening soon which will make it perfect for walking distance provisions!!! The Brooklyn neighborhood promenade is excellent for walking and there are many restaurants, dog groomers, pet stores, veterinarians and other needs close by.

Good location for visiting NYC by boat. Great walking and public transit options nearby, and getting around by bicycle is not bad. During the day the many ferries in the East River produce substantial surge in the marina; you'll want to be careful with how you rig your docklines. It settles down in the evening when the ferries stop running, so sleeping is not disturbed by surge. There's not much in the way of facilities; the (few) bathrooms are a fair walk away, through the security gate, and you have to find laundry elsewhere. The dockmaster and other staff are friendly and helpful. The view of Manhattan is terrific.

If you own a boat and live in ny area, this is a must visit place. The view will make up for lack of amenities - Informative and professional staff is a big plus!

We stayed one night and were greeted by a very responsive and friendly staff and views to die for!. Floating docks are in very good shape and once inside the inlet you are out of the current and it is very easy to maneuver. There is adequate space to navigate and the slips are wide enough. There appears to be good security and this location and it is very convenient to public transportation for visiting or getting around Brooklyn or Manhattan. However, for the price they charge here I was somewhat disappointed. We did not see or feel any evidence of a wave attenuation wall. Being NY harbor with no less than 20 commercial ferries throwing wakes as well as the commercial barge traffic and operating from 06:00 to 23:00 I feel this is a critical fail. We needed to double up all dock and spring lines and hang bumpers on both sides of the boat. The are no bumpers installed on the dock themself only a small rub rail and corner guards no wheels. Additionally I found the website to be misleading. This marina is adjacent to a public park complex for the NYC parks. Some of the amenities they refer to are park amenities and not within the “ONE15” compound. That being said NYC has constructed a wonderful park facility you are welcome to use and many very good restaurants are within walking distance. We did not find any grocery or chandlery for provisioning or repair. There is no locker room for the long hot shower after a long passage. There are public restrooms in the park a short walk away or you can go to the administrative offices of ONE15 where they have one shower for the office and dock staff inside a very small bathroom( closes at 7pm ) We are leaving today chiefly because I’m afraid of snapping a dock line or pulling a cleat out of the deck. When they actually get a “wave attenuation wall” as advertised I’ll be back and just accept that I need to shower on the boat.

Great views, if you are fortunate enough to park your boat there.

Came here for Corning Glass demo at a barge built by them. Great views of Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge.

Wow! The Manhattan views are unbelievable and you can even see the Statue of Liberty. Friendly staff, super quiet surroundings, shore power, water, etc. Surrounded by a park and easily walkable to the iconic Brooklyn Bridge. Everyone we talked to recommended Liberty Landing, but we chose this marina because the location was convenient for meeting up with family in Brooklyn. We use our boat’s bathroom and shower so no problem that the marina didn’t have these amenities. I’ll definitely be back!!!
