While boarding the MSC Meraviglia, the Brooklyn cruise terminal did a great job. They have traffic agents assigned a few blocks coming and going to facilitate traffic. The parking lot has plenty of people to direct the flow of traffic. Inside, the lines are managed efficiently. It took us one hour from entering the terminal to walking to our cabin. They have restrooms inside and guides moving you from line to line.

It was really quick and easy to disembark a ship, go through customs and find a taxi to our destination.

Hectic place, make sure to keep in constant communication of the people you’re picking up. The building at the terminal may have no data reception. Staff on site are very friendly and helpful. Be patient and courteous.

On a cruise day, there are a lot of staffs standing on the streets to guide the way. Drop off and pickup area is large so basically no need to wait to get in. Parking is also available but it's expensive.

Overall, it's pretty easy besides the tiny sign that shows you the separate opening for parking. We drove in and then accidently kissed the 2 second opening for parking upon exiting and had to do a complete drive around back through. The process was decent. The location is decent to drive on as it's all small local streets and a huge plus to being able to see Lady Liberty !

I can’t say enough about the fantastic experience we had at the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal! From the moment we arrived, everything went so smoothly, and it was all made even better by Francis, who truly went above and beyond to make sure our day started off perfectly. My friend Hazel has difficulty walking, and Francis stepped in immediately, helping to wheel her with such kindness and professionalism. He was warm, patient, and genuinely caring, making us both feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. His attention to detail and his willingness to go the extra mile didn’t go unnoticed. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and genuinely thoughtful in busy environments like this. The terminal itself is very well organized, with clear signs and a helpful team that makes the process seamless. The facilities are clean and accessible, and the staff overall was friendly and efficient. With Francis’s help, the entire experience felt effortless, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the compassion and care he showed us. Thanks to Francis and the wonderful team at Brooklyn Cruise Terminal, we were able to start our trip feeling relaxed and well-cared for. We’ll definitely be returning and can’t recommend them highly enough!
