Yelp
Food: 1/5
Our hotel warned us about going here, and we probably should have listened. Soo... we got to the restaurant at 10:00, and we didn't get a milkshake until 10:50. We came here after a nearby show on Broadway and got a spicy margarita, a side of fries, a side of bacon, and a chocolate milkshake. The bacon was not crispy or tasty. The fries and spicy Margarita were fine, but nothing to write home about. The milkshake, once it came out, was good. It's New York, so stuff is expensive, but all this came to a grand total of $47. It's worth the walk to get further away from Times Square and get a better bang for your buck.
Service: 2/5
Our server was nice, and I know he was trying. We found out that 20 minutes after ordering, the milkshake machine wasn't even on, and we would need to keep waiting for the milkshake. The manager, also a nice guy, came up to check in and asked, "That's it?" when looking at my uneaten pieces of limp bacon. We told him what we thought of the food we got and about the wait for the milkshake. He offered to take off the milkshake and then looked over my shoulder as I tipped. Again, I think they were trying to be kind, but it's hard to be impressed with almost an hour of waiting for a milkshake.
Atmosphere: 3/5
It's really close to Times Square, which I think is why it does so much business. It has a themed aesthetic, which is cute. It's tight quarters, but that's New York.
I'm a little surprised this place has a 3.5/5 stars. I hope that means that they, in general, deliver better for other guests. I think this is the worst review on Yelp I've given, and I feel like it took a lot to warrant writing this up. Maybe one day they will have a chance to change my mind, but not on this trip.
