I had a very pleasant experience under the care of Dr. Epstein. He took the time to explain all of my options with me and was very patient and professional with his care. Dr. Epstein exhibited superb bedside manner and made me feel very confident in his care. These days, it isn't easy to find a doctor that you can trust to be empathetic to your situation and I am glad I found him.

Choose another place. Has nothing to do with insurance, payment, or money. The was a dead roach on the floor. The blinds were broken and an Asian man could see inside the room while I was getting a sonogram. You will not feel comfortable here!!!! I do not want another woman to experience what I did here.

Even tho I spoke with someone on phone about the appointment and insurance and they said it was accepted, they refused the service After an hour of me waiting. Their website says they only accept Medicaid but told me I don’t have it when I do, my insurance confirmed and even gave me the office but they just wanted to get paid the money instead, didn’t want to do anything else but tell me no after wasting an hour there. Unprofessional and just want a check. Will never be here for anything again

Worst experience ever.. soon as i got in the secretaries were super rude, she had me standing there while on her phone and eating.. the doctor didnt explain what he was going to do , then during procedure i felt everything, i was in tears and felt so uncomfortable and violated, after dr was done he just left me laying there, open the door n left it open, he didnt even talk to me after or gave me any aftercare advice he just left..... worst place, worst experience, worst doctor worst staff as females they had no compassion and made me feel so bad for being there...... i left in tears.. i would never recommend this hell hole to anyone..... !! Wont even go back for my check up will go somewhere else... please please never ever go there!!
