For my summer vacation, I booked a room directly through the resort homepage. Due to changes in my schedule, I had to cancel the reservation, and sent a cancellation email to the resort. So far I tried to contact them by email and chat so many times, but very disappointingly I’ve got no response from them. It seems like they are avoiding my request for cancellation on purpose, which makes me feel really frustrated and tired. I don’t understand why I have to go through this process so long by wasting my time and effort. It sucks!
