Ok accommodation. Not sure if cups etc are cleaned between visits. Noisy aircon.

The apartment is located in the center of Kaunas, near Laisvės Alėja. There are many different restaurants, cafes, and bars around. Street parking is paid. Our loft was spacious enough, and we found bedding, dishes, and household appliances. There is air conditioning. The bathroom had towels, a hairdryer - everything you need. The self check-in system is very convenient, as the host sends door codes, so there is no hassle with keys. The Wi-Fi connection is stable. The only downside is the unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom.

Room nice and small. No service in reception. Doors codes do work. Parking is difficult as the parking machines nesrby does not work, and installere apps in lithuanian language close to possible. A shorts walk from city center. No fridge but a kettle idms there.

Due to unexpected circumstances I had to book a hotel for 3 nights in Kaunas. As it was a holiday weekend all the big places were full. This place came up. Good location couple decent reviews, price ok no facilities but good for couple nights. |I didn’t expect much. But the confirmation said double room with garden view and private entrance. Oh great sounds excellent. |Firstly they go for a no contact admission an email is sent just before you arrive with door codes and details. Unfortunately we were travelling and didn’t check emails. This caused much confusion when we got there. |Room 36 is not on the signage which only goes up to 35. |But as it turns out it is on the 3rd floor next to 35 (who knew) disappointed there was no “private entrance” well I’m on the 3rd floor so 🤷‍♀️ it was a regular door in a hallway. Conversation on the phone with the manager was just as confusing. As I pointed out why say private entrance if it’s just a regular door. He asked me what I expected? Well you will just be as confused as me on that one! And garden view was just well judge that for yourself see the pics attached for that! |The room was small, double bed, desk and shelves. 3ft x 6ft floor space left. But tea/coffee making facilities and shower room, all light and airy and very clean no problems there as long as you don’t have much luggage. My partner was only staying one night so after he left there was ample space for me. We were woken a few times during the night with people coming and going. As the bed is beside the corridor door there’s no surprise there. Being at the end of the hallway I thought it would’ve been quieter. They advertise as “serviced rooms” I was there 4 nights and my room wasn’t serviced at all. |Would I book here again? No the room we had was too small and cramped for 2 people. Even on a short stay.

Quick and smooth check in, clean, affordable and got what I expected. If I am ever around Kaunas again this will be my go to. Thanks.

We've stayed here overnight in July last year and overall the place was quite good! The building is situated very close to Laisves Aleja and Akropolis so you're never too far from a restaurant or a place to do some shopping. The room was reasonable size and the decor was quite modern. Overall the place was clean although they do need better attention to detail as some little bits were missed off. The other thing that let's this place down is that they don't have their own parking, however, there is some on-street parking that you can use. Overall, for our overnight stay, this was perfect but we probably wouldn't choose for longer stays.

Staying here for 11 nights. Set in a great location for the centre, plenty of restaurants, cafes and shop nearby. |Staying in a loft apt, comfy and clean. What more could you ask for. Bed comfortable and whole building nice. Tv choice not the best, worth bringing a fire stick or similar. Wifi is good||Will be back im sure|

Brother house Kaunas is a set of Serviced apartments with all modern ameneties. There is nothing to compain about this place. You get the best and modern facilities and it feels more like a hi-tech hotel. The rooms were air conditioned and well maintained. The wifi was super fast and the TV was a smart TV. Very comfortable linen and bedding
