I went to the Broward Center for the Performing Arts for my son graduated and for shows in the past, I was really impressed! This place is excellent for watching a show. It’s beautiful, right in front of the water, with a lovely view. The surrounding area is super nice too , lots of restaurants, bars, and even museums nearby. Just an all-around great place to visit and spend time. I’ll definitely be back.

Google
We absolutely love this place! My son that is 4 years old enjoyed the ballet so much! Everything is organized and clean! They start on time! It’s easy to park! Must go!

What a great experience visiting here was! It's such a feast for the eyes, yet despite it's opulence, very warm and inviting unlike any venue I've visited. The staff here is warm and friendly, and treat you like family. This is a model of hospitality which other venues should strive for. The concession stands had fair prices for the most part and great quality. The only thing I thought was high priced was the $15 small fruit cup. Everything else was a good value considering where you are. Parking looks like it CAN be an issue, so arrive extra early to enjoy the pre-show atmosphere in the lobby with the cool friendly staff manning the bar and concession stands. Can't wait to attend another event here! Highly recommend!!

Google
Exquisite presentation by the Miami City Ballet of works by Maurice Ravel and other known composers as well as a world wide premiere. The afternoon matinee was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon enjoying this gift to humanity….. even the fellow in the lobby promoting his entertainment business was enjoyable… don’t miss all the great performances at the Broward Center for the performing arts from various extremely talented groups

Google
Plenty of nearby parking with easy walk to theater. Older place but was redone. Comfortable seats and good sound better than the other older theaters I have been in. It hold quite a number of seats and I would avoid the very top section as it is far away from the stage. Further than some other theater balconies.

Google
Saw the Bodyguard. It was fantastic! Great job performers. Sat a little to close to the stage. I prefer mid orchestra, but now with a minimum of 5 rows back.

We love Broadway shows, concerts, and live events in general. Broward Center for the Performing Arts is a great venue for shows. Funny as we don't really see many shows in our own backyard because we try to catch the big shows in NYC or CA. Need to come here more! They have great line ups annually. Broward Center for the Performing Arts is the main venue with several theaters amongst the venue within walking distance in the same area such as the Amaturo Theater, The Parker, Au-Rene Theater and several more. We saw Sponge Bob at The Parker and saw Shen Yun at Au Rene Theater. Came here last year when we scored some discounted tickets on Lucky Seats for SpongeBob: The Musical, yes I said that. Not gonna lie, it was actually fun and a cute show all in all. My 10-year old son absolutely loved it! Saw posters advertised for Shen Yun coming to Fort Lauderdale and Miami in Jan 2025 so I had to get tickets for me and my mom for a date day. My mom has been wanting to see this show forever now!!! She always talks about it but the show but she's never here in town when they are here. This time it worked out perfectly. I got Orchestra Center seats in Row Y and it was perfect, so close with a great view. Allow yourself enough time to work around the traffic, lines and security. The lines are insane getting into the parking garage. It can get hectic! Once you park, make sure you pay for parking on Parking Mobile App. Parking cost us $15, that was the minimum amount for 6 hours. Great venue locally with big shows and little shows!

Google
This is an absolute beautiful place to see a show. Sits right in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, easy in, plenty of.parkimg.adjacemt to the venue. The staff was wonderful and helpful in every way. I'd be willing to not only recommend a show here, but I will be back again

Yelp
I have been to the Broward Center for the Performing Arts several times over the years. This time it was for a play/musical called Shucked. I won these tickets and the seats were very good. We were orchestra right. It was easy to see and hear what was going on. The show was great. The area where you wait to go in has somewhat limited space. They did not have a huge menu of drink choices. It was OK because we ate and drank before we got here. The ushers were nice enough.
google avatar

Ritchie R.

Yelp
We have been here a bunch of times. Atmosphere is nice and the shows are usually real good. This time the show was very good. Shucked. Check them out. The seats were not. So uncomfortable. Old seats I suppose. With all the money they're making, they can't upgrade their cushions. Wow. We almost left early.

Yelp
The Broward Center for the Performing Arts stands out as a premier venue in South Florida, offering a rich cultural experience with its stellar acoustics, diverse programming, and inviting ambiance. Whether attending a Broadway show, a concert, or a community event, visitors can expect a memorable and enjoyable outing. We recently went to watch the Lion King Musical and it was amazing. We've seen lots of different shows and have never been disappointed. The theater itself is always very clean and well kept - that also goes for the bathrooms, which is a plus and very important. The staff are always very welcoming and attentive. I will 100% recommend for you to try the Intermezzo Lounge experience! You can enjoy SO many hot/cold hor d'oeuvres options, dessert, AND also either wine/champagne/beer. The lounge is open 45 mins prior to the performance and then also during the intermission. The bartender was amazing - he would notice our champagne was almost done and he would come over to our table to refill our glass. He definitely did not need to do that but it was very appreciated. I was so spoiled and will definitely be doing it again.
google avatar

Jasmin C.

Yelp
We came here to watch the MJ Musical and it did not disappoint. Everything was smooth, from parking, to bag check-in, and finding our seats with plenty of staff to help. The bar area for light food and drinks did not have long wait lines. The bathrooms were very clean and staff were super friendly. The seats were also very comfortable and the show was amazing. Exceptional performances. I would return for another show.

Yelp
We have been coming to the Broward Center Got The Performing Arts for decades. I find this venue very comfortable and welcoming. We have seen both musicals and plays and have always had a great experience. I can't wait to go back! Pro tip: there is plenty of parking at the Museum of Discovery and Science.

Yelp
Did you know Broward Center is one of the top 10 theaters for live performances in the US? I didn't until recently. I've been coming here since I was a child. The outside and inside is so beautiful. The set up is great, although there are some seats that are very hard and uncomfortable. The last time we came here, we saw Harry Potter with an orchestra, we were in the left mezzanine and it was perfect. Comfy seats, great view, and the show was wonderful. There's a lot of snack and drink concessions areas. Not cheap but hits the spot and a lot of variety which is nice. In the past, I've seen Phantom of the Opera, Joshua Bell, Green Day, Les Miserables, etc. My only tiny complaints are: -the restrooms are tiny, and there's always a huge line for the ladies room -we needed directions within and one of the ushers was totally confused and gave us the wrong directions Other than that, always great and I'll return when I want to splurge on my next show.

Yelp
MJ Live an amazing musical showcasing the life of Michael Jackson. I laughed i cried sang and danced in my seat. Such a n amazing show

Yelp
There are 5-6 rooms to accommodate various events simultaneously. I went there for Indian Independence celebrations. The auditoriums were very nice. The seats were comfortable. I really liked the layout. You can park either on the street on at the garage but on weekends, the garage tends to be a lot more expensive especially if you are there only for an hour or two. On the weekends, the min is 4 hour parking. You can take a walk at the esplanade area in front before or after your event if you want to kill some time.
google avatar

Melissa L.

Yelp
Locating the theater and parking is a breeze. There are a few entrances to keep the lines down. The theater is dated. I found the seats very uncomfortable. There should definitely be more beverage and food options during show intermissions. There also aren't enough bathroom stalls to handle the influx of guests during breaks. What I found extremely annoying is the fact that there are no cup holders on the seats so you have to nowhere to rest your overpriced drink. The show itself was great but the theater needs updating.
google avatar

Andrea C.

Yelp
Shen Yun I've seen this show advertised for years and it has always intrigued me. Finally decided to check it out. Wow, what a disappointment! The dancers were very good, but there was nothing else going on. There was no real production. There was a screen in the back that changed pictures. That's about it. No scenery, just nothing. A big bore. I wouldn't recommend this show at all.
google avatar

Yelp
Great concert and show tonight, very entertaining almost like a tribute to New York with videos in the background certain music. Leah has a great voice, I had such a wonderful evening with my son and my daughter-in-law it's a beautiful venue however this particular Orchestra will be moving to the Parker Playhouse in the future but I'll always love the Broward Performing Arts Center!
google avatar

Yelp
7 of us went to see Comedian Leann Morgan at the Broward Center last night. Our seats were on the right end, but not too far from the stage. 5 of us who were furthest to the right end of the aisle didn't hear 95% of the show. Very disappointing, as we had looked forward to this show for months, took Uber from Miami & love Leanne Morgan. Beautiful venue, but sound system was the worst. Had to go home & watch her on Utube!

Yelp
Went to the Broward Center tonight to see the Miami City Ballet performing A Midsummer Night's Dream by Shakespeare. Wonderful time! I paid $15 for parking in the garage across the street with the ParkMobile app. The place looks great and I don't think there's a bad seat in the house. The performance was wonderful. Something new I've never seen before: No physical programs, just scan the qr code on the card they gave me and pull up all the program notes on your phone. I wanted to grab a bite to eat after and was planning on going to Pummarola but decided at the last minute to go to the Chimney House accross the street because I wanted to try something new; I have been to Pummarola and it's great. Looking forward to many more entertainment activities at the Broward Center. Highly recommend!:)

Debi B.

Yelp
I have been to the center probably eight different times. most recently for a comedy show...very excited about almost a front row seat! I was shocked to find that the acoustics were as bad as the balcony! everything is pricey, the building itself very nice, top rated shows with several venues....can't you address the less than average accoustics? i listened to people around me repeating what the comedian just said because their companion had missed it. not the first time I have experienced the problem but over the top when you are sitting front row center! terrible!
google avatar

Yelp
I had the opportunity to go see the Narnia play with my child class. It was my first time visiting this place so I was not sure what exactly to expect. I feel employees could be a little bit more nicer, but it was understandable since there were so many schools visiting for the plays and they could have been overwhelmed. Everything inside and outside overall look very clean and organized. The plate itself was very nice and the actors and actresses did a splendid job .

Yelp
The Broward Center for the Performing Arts is an outstanding venue that offers an exceptional experience for any theater-goer. The architecture is stunning, blending modern design with comfortable, spacious seating that provides great views from every angle. Took my Mother-in-Law to see one of her favorite artist - Beres Hammond. She had the night of her life, singing along to every song! The staff is friendly, helpful, and organized, making the experience smooth from start to finish. Even with lines, the bar and concessions stands were still very efficient. The location is along the river, which adds a picturesque backdrop to an already wonderful outing. So if you love taking pictures and selfies there are some really good spots to take great photos. Overall, this was a really good experience!

Yelp
Went to Broward County Center for the Preforming Arts for first time. It started in1991 seat capacity - appropriately 2500. Bathrooms on various floors. A modern style decor with plenty for theater goers. ( see Pix) Restaurant for food, bar for drinks, show items for sale and Ushers both hired and volunteers. Note: re: Parking-a garage, a 15.00 fee, one must use phone to set up payment. Also note where you park and level and spot . There are stairways down. Walk down street cross over for entrance. Our seats were at the very top, even space to stand or dance should the performance be one to present such music. This show was on Saturday January 25th A Neil Diamond play called A beautiful noise the day just after his 84th birthday. Note here-*-see YouTube- for the special way that Actor, singer performer Nick Fradiani, (convincingly captures his voice actions and movements) shared a Happy Birthday from the audience on that special day. Without giving info away, the show opens to the current Neil of today, played by Robert Westenberg In a psychotherapy session reviewing his life; sometimes intense and not always easy on his way to Sucess. Various songs are incorporated and preformed, with an orchestra in the background conducted by energetic Nancy O'Connor. The playbill notes Ninako Donville joining the company as a Swing.( What's a Swing? Look it up) There is even a letter from Neil included, as well as noting his name in the who's who for-music and lyrics. An extra star if you are one of his fans.

Yelp
While parking at the garage was a few blocks away, we loved visiting the venue to see a live show. The facilities were very clean. The theater seats were comfortable..
google avatar

Alma B.

Yelp
Saw the Neil Diamond review and thoroughly enjoyed it with my friends. Had a quick meal before the show.

Yelp
I went to see Mrs. Doubtfire here with friends. Now, when you park in the parking garage, there is no attendant, you need to use their app (still costs $15 but no attendant). I say use the garage and not valet because you will still get out of their fast and for less money. They still wand you before you go into the Center. Make sure y ou check out the "Step and Repeats" before the shows you go to so you could snap a great picture. The theatre was very busy and our seats were pretty good (upper orchestra). The ushers were very nice and I even ran into one of them that is a friend of mine. Lots of restrooms so that is not a problem. They do have a nice choice of drinks and snacks (although I didn't have any), but they are a bit expensive. A good venue for the theatre!
google avatar

Jonathan R.

Yelp
Amazing theatre. Large. Park in the garage. Eat inside at the Intermezzo. Lots of shows. Get there. Near downtown Ft Laud.
google avatar

Wade J.

Yelp
What a beautiful venue! I saw Whiskey Myers acoustic concert here. The sound was amazing and the proximity to the stage was super cool. We were about half way back in orchestra left but were able to see everyone excitement well. I love smaller venues.
google avatar

Delilah B.

Yelp
My daughter and I saw Mean Girls here last night at the Amaturo theater. It was a delightful musical experience enjoyed it very much.
google avatar

Hillary W.

Yelp
The center is beautiful and the view of the stage is excellent even from the upper balcony. Sound is excellent and the seats are comfortable. Today I saw the Book of Mormon. This is my third time seeing this show. Today it seemed that there were numerous pitch issues with some of the singers but the overall singing was okay. The dancing is excellent as is the choreography. Many of these singers seemed a bit unseasoned and for that reason I preferred the original cast. The second act was wonderful in every way. My favorite performer was the girl lead. TheBroward Center has bars on each floor and seating. It really is a lovely facility and these tickets were reasonably priced.
google avatar

Mateja K.

Yelp
We have been here many times for performances and for the South Florida Symphony Orchestra gala. They have great organizational skills and hospitality, we haven't had any issues and the food served at the gala was delicious!
google avatar

Lukasz K.

Yelp
We went to see the Harry Potter movie with a live orchestra. Super fun experience! The theater is really beautiful and worth a visit. We splurged and got tickets that included the Spirit Club which was really nice with free drinks and food. Overall a great experience!
google avatar

Gisela R.

Yelp
Why? I love musicals with different story lines and attend the Broward Center every chance I get which is quite often. My question is why is it the norm to use Gods name in vain! There is no reason. Please, please have writers think before adding it on. I have walked out of the last 2 musicals, in which I was truly enjoying. I understand they are trying to convey emotions. It would be wonderful if it didn't have to break one of The Ten Commandments.. My heart breaks, for the talented hard working artists, when I walk out. I pray this gets to the right person.

Yelp
I went here recently to go see Beetlejuice the Musical. I purchased the Intermezzo Lounge experience to go with it. The actual building is really nice and updated. It feels clean and bright when you enter. The employees inside are very friendly and willing to help direct you or answer any questions. The seats are great too. They're comfortable and spacious. I recommend getting seats in the orchestra section. My seats were located in Row W, and honestly, they were perfect for a great view! The only negative I have for the seats is the fact that there are no cup holders. When I got up for intermission, many people left their plastic cups on the floor, which caused some people to stumble or trip trying to navigate around them. The Intermezzo Lounge experience is worth it if you want to eat a couple of appetizers before seeing the show. They had some delicious items: cookies, puddings, fondue, fruit, cheese, and a charcuterie board. The drinks are complimentary in there with the package, and you can go before and during the intermission. The bathrooms were immaculate, and there seemed to be plenty of stalls, at least for the woman's bathroom, I can attest to. As for the show itself, it was fantastic. The lighting and sound were top quality, and I had no issues with any of the technical features. Parking isn't too bad, either. You can park in the parking garage across the street for 15$ or get valet parking. However, I need to find out how much the valet parking cost since I did not utilize it. You must note, though, if you use the parking garage, you will have to walk up a slight incline to get to the performance theater, which may be difficult for certain individuals. Overall, I will come back to this location for more Broadway shows.
google avatar

Linda B.

Yelp
Everything was wonderful. The food was terrific. Everybody was wonderful that were there and I plan to go again very soon.
google avatar

Vero M.

Yelp
I had a great time during the live comedy show by Michelle Buteau at this venue. The seating was traditional bucket seats in the theater our performers reserved. The bathroom line was a bit of a hassle as there esas only one upstairs with one stall in it so you can imagine the line was quite long. The staff members were amazing. They gave greetings at all entrances throughout the building. The usher was extremely helpful in guiding guests to their seats and friendly. The two women bartending were comical and offered me a spiked coffee. Besides the restroom delay it was smiles and enjoyment. I'd definitely return for another show.

Yelp
I've been coming to the Broward Center for years. I've seen plays, musicals and concerts here and have always enjoyed my experience here. I use to come here initally many times as a college student because they would offer great seats and prices for being a student, just bring your student ID! It's located in Fort Lauderdale near the river and near one of the beautiful parks. It can get a bit hectic driving there depending on the time and day as it is the city, but it's nothing like going to Miami at the Arsht center. They have the parking garage right across the street so it's quick walk over. They also offer valet parking directly in front of the center, which is great if you don't mind spending a little extra to get in and out after. Inside they offer concessions such as quick snacks, soft drinks, wine and beer as well as mixed drinks. However, depending on how much you're willing to spend it can get a bit pricey. I don't typically buy anything from there as I head over to one of the copious places to eat nearby outside the center. They do offer a couple inclusive lounges for a fixed price where you can have food and drinks. I've done the one with the Intermezzo Lounge once for the Anastasia play and it was a wonderful treat for my husband and myself. The seats within the main theater are incredible. I've sat in many different areas within it and I've enjoyed ever spot. Sometimes you can't beat a front row view though! The staff and ushers are certainly friendly and extremely helpful answering any questions you may have or directing you to your seat. Many are actually volunteers who just enjoy supporting the arts any way they can. They do a lot and are a crucial part of the Broward Performing Arts Center. I absolutely love this place and enjoy coming here for events so much that this year I became a season ticket holder and for myself it is definitely worth it. It makes me happy to see so many visitors (consistent ones and new ones) coming to the center to support the arts!

Yelp
This was my first time visiting this venue. We saw the Little Mermaid play. Parking was convenient in the parking garage across the street. It was $15 to park for the night. The venue was nice and well-maintained. I would come back here for other plays.
google avatar

Yelp
Loved seeing this show as I've heard about it for years and finally went. It was everything and more...Yes plenty of Irish Dancing along with Flamenco, Russian Dancers, amazing instrumentals, choir and heart pounding drumming along with beautiful backdrops. The Broward Center is a beautiful venue. We had good seats but luckily were able to move a few rows back as i had a very large head in front of my very short body. Although this dance company was only here on tour for a short time, i recommend everyone see this show the next time it cones around. Don't wait another 25 years!
google avatar

Joanna C.

Yelp
This is now my fourth time visiting the broward center for the performing arts. This time I was fortunate enough to snatch tickets for the Little mermaid. I must say it is always such a pleasant experience when I come here, parking is such a cinch and only 15.00 compared to other places that charge over 30.00 to park. the lines for food and drinks always move very quickly. The staff is always so pleasant and willing to help. The ambiance is relaxed and was very casual this time around. The show is phenomenal. Definitely a must see ...the actors are amazing. The voices are exceptional. Certainly brought us back to our childhood days. I'm hoping to see the show once more before they leave the theatre.
google avatar

Zana T.

Yelp
It's a beautiful theater with shows and concerts. We start off eating dinner at the Chimney House and park there. Then we walk across the street to the Theater.
google avatar

Julliana H.

Yelp
We went to a show last min, I got there late but only had to wait 7 min to be seated. I like that they have a box office to avoid Ticketmaster fees, and can purchase Tix for the parker there as well. There is a parking garage just across the street, and plenty of street parking. Most of the employees are older, so you do need to be patient and clear with your question.

Elena R.

Yelp
The performance of MJ was more than amazing but i discovered that all the sits are not sized the same. I was very uncomfortable, which I've never been there and discovered that some sits are narrower than others. My daughter and I measured my sit and hers and discovered that there are a few inches difference. Who would have know that!!! Awful way to squeeze more sitting
google avatar

Darlene J.

Yelp
This is a Pre Cruise Visit & I always try to make it to the theater! Located only a couple of miles from Embassy suites. A Beautiful theater! We saw Tina Turner the Musical! Good performance! Friendly and Helpful staff! We sat in the Mezzanine row F perfect view! We had dinner beforehand at The Chimney House about a block away ( Very good),

Yelp
In the month of December 2023, I wanted to surprise my husband with a show named SHEN YUN Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale at the Broward Center. Please dress nicely to go see this beautiful show. There is public parking across the street. The Broward Center was nice and beautiful. I loved to see the people dressing to impress. We were in the month of December where it's very festive here in So Flo when it comes to the Holiday Decorations. The show started on time and there were people that worked there that would guide you to your seat area. They also had a bar section for drinks to purchase before going in. What we saw was a program of dances and music inspired by Cina's fie thousand years of civilization. My husband thought this performance was OUTSTANDING! Please check your ticket master's so you can check when they are back in town. This is a must do!!!! We highly recommend it as it was just Breathtaking! MARIAE

Yelp
The Broward Center for the Performing Arts is a beautiful venue on the river in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. The center has been providing world class events since 1991. There is a convenient parking garage connected to the center by a sky walk. The garage is $15 and there is also valet available. You are required to go through security and a metal detector prior to entering the venue. The lobby opens an hour prior to the performance and there are bars and concession stands to get drinks and snacks. The night I was there the outside Peck Courtyard bar was open and was beautifully lit up. The Intermezzo lounge is also open for many performances for an additional charge of $40 for soda, beer, wine and appetizers before the show and at intermission. The Spirit Lounge on the mezzanine level also has food and drinks for patrons in the center mezzanine section. The venue is very clean and well maintained. Check out the calendar on their website, there are so many diverse shows from Broadway, ballet, concerts to comedians. The ushers are very helpful and ensure you get to your seat safely. The Au Rene theater is the largest while the Amaturo and New River Room are smaller. None of the seats even in the balcony have obstructed views. The acoustics are great. There are plenty of restrooms and they are always very clean and well stocked. Service at the bars is efficient and you have plenty of time during intermission to get a drink and get back to your seat in time. I have enjoyed every show I have seen at the Broward Center, I encourage you to check out upcoming events and have a memorable evening.

Yelp
I recently attended a matinee performance of Mean Girls. The show was fun! Valet parking was worth the $30 price tag, but there are also other parking options. For me, the convenience of using the valet service was helpful. After the show, we did have a wait to get our car. The line moved quickly, so it really wasn't that bad. Thankfully, it was a beautiful day, so spending some time outside was nice. Two large bottles of Voss water and a small container of chocolate covered popcorn came out to about eighteen dollars. Expensive yes, but that is to be expected at a theater. At least they allowed us to keep the lids on the water bottles, which I was thrilled about. A few months ago, I attended a concert at an arena in Sunrise, purchased two bottles of water, and we were not allowed to keep the lids, which didn't make me happy. The ushers were helpful in guiding us to our section/seats. We were in the balcony, which I wouldn't do again, nor would I recommend. I was just happy that we got tickets, and the only availability they had left was in the balcony. We still had a great time, and enjoyed ourselves. Very nice theater, and I hope to see many more shows here.

Yelp
Last minute tickets for Hamilton (woohoo!) Gave me the opportunity to check this theater out. I LOVE the layout, though I was confused about accessibility for wheelchairs since the ramps turned into stairs. Otherwise, I appreciated the architecture and design both interior and exterior. Even in the balcony seats, there were no view instructions and I could see the whole stage. The acoustics were great, too! I really enjoyed the attendees getting into it and singing along Staff were attentive, friendly and got us where we needed to be on time. Parking at the garage across the street was $15 for the whole day!!!

Yelp
Great Venue Went to see Romeo and Juliet last night at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. Fantastic show ! Very good sound system, ushers we're oh so lovely and seats were amazing. The food inside is a bit "movie theater" esque, pricey and I wish they had better selections but overall fantastic experience. The only negative is that I never went to it sooner. ;)

Yelp
Huge performance center with comfy seats and bar and snacks available before and during shows. Parking is across the street so easy access. Tyler Henry was in town and absolutely adore him. Bought tickets months ago and was prepared for the show. Make sure to bring a sweater as it can get a little chill but I was still very comfortable. The seating is padded and seats were bigger than normal providing extra comfort. Check in is a cinch and there are people everywhere to help you to your specific seat or guide you where to go. Be sure to use the restroom before the show begins which are located on every floor. Bar has great snacks along with sodas, water, wines, and alcohol. It was so exciting when the show began but unfortunately the sound for Tyler sucked. He told the sound guy, Larry and Larry seemed annoyed. He finally had the speakers working on stage towards the end of the show. The while night people.complained about Tyler continously saying he couldn't hear the person speaking through the mic but made sure the audience could. Larry seemed like he couldn't be bothered and even sounded a little catty when addressing Tyler. I thought that was rude along with the strangers sitting next to both my mom and I. So although we enjoyed the show, sometime was wasted on the center not doing a proper sound check before a performance. So Larry, you suck dude. And shame on the Broward performance center too. Tyler you were amazing and if I could I'd give you all the stars

Yelp
Broward Center for the Performing Arts Growing up in Broward County I didn't have exposure to the performing arts to the extent that is offered currently. It was due to the forethought of city leaders this performing arts center became a reality almost 32 years ago. I had the benefit of attending performances before I moved back to New York City in 2002. I'm recommending you attend performances when you visit or if you live nearby. In my opinion it's equal if not exceeds the experience you would have at a Broadway Theater.

Yelp
The performance was amazing. The cast was extremely talented and were really into their chapters. I grew up watching and knowing all the songs/words to the entire Newsies movie. They added in a different story lines and extra/changes songs, but they were well done. I fully enjoyed the show, but I did miss the original story line,

Yelp
Great place to see a how. Easy to find, easy to get in and out of. Be aware they were requiring vaccine cards for entry, if that is an issue for you. We were here last to see Buddy Guy and Kenny Wayne Shepherd. The sound was good, the seats were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the beer prices were not as bad as Hard Rock and other places. It isn't a huge venue, so it has a more intimate feel than some other places. There are good sight and viewing lines from most of the theater. We have been here for other performances such as Christmas shows. They always do a great job. I would happily come back here for any concert, musical, play, or other event.

Yelp
Understudy was in for the lead in A Beautiful Noise. Walked out during intermission. Gringe worthy from the first song. So disappointed since friends had raved about the lead, Nick. Usually love Broward Center. They do amazing productions. Missed on this one.
