I do NOT recommend this hotel. It is dirty, dark, poor customer service, and does not offer a buffet breakfast that Israel is famous for. You can stay somewhere better for the same price or less. I stayed at the Maxim Hotel and at the Market House Hotel while in Tel Aviv, both of which were far superior to this hotel in terms of value for money, service, cleanliness and breakfast.

i do NOT recommend. check in wasn't pleasant. The parking access is inconvenient Breakfast was the worst i have ever had in Israel. small plates with not appetizing food served with old bread , the milk expired 3 days ago. there is no buffet but a menu with few options (where you can choose only 1, include the desert) i will never ever visit that hotel.

Top people, good location. |Very good breakfast |Despite the situation in Israel, the hotel is maintaining the level of customer service and try their best to satisfy our request |I recommend this place , for the service location breakfast cleaner and a very good General Manager Chen and the Top Dana in reception food and beverages

We are fans of brown hotels in tel aviv.||We had great experiences in other hotels.||Unlike previous experiences the front desk staff was extremely unfriendly. Did not make us feel welcome at all. When we checked in one of the staff said to another person : you ordered a small room (urban) which is not very nice ( paraphrasing).||When we checked out they didnt say anything (like: thank you for your stay) or provided any documentation.||||I’m also pointing out that the hotel is not well cleaned or maintained. The TV was not working properly and the fridge was very loud. Differences between published photos and real life are large.||||In contrast the staff at the restaurant was very friendly

We came as three couples for the weekend, the experience was very bad.|Due to a problem with the online booking, we had to upgrade the room and paid an additional 200 NIS per night, hoping that the upgrade would be reflected in a quality and inviting room.|We were given a room which already at the entrance greeted us with the smell of mildew, the room includes a foyer with a sofa, a television and also a mini bar with a nice list of products and their prices, the only problem is that the mini bar was completely empty, not even one product. Further down a long corridor leading to a shower room and toilet, here too are signs of mold between the tiles.|The bedroom is a security room with a window facing an ugly building, there is no air conditioner in the bedroom, so you have to leave the air conditioner in the foyer on if you want air conditioning in the bedroom.|There is no switch next to the bed to turn off the light and you have to get out of bed.|There are slippers in the room, but in the size of children, the foot did not fit even half.|Breakfast is served by waiters, but the selection is limited and limited to one dish, if you drank one coffee and a glass of juice, you can't drink any more.|When we returned on the second day from a tour of the city at 15:00, the room was still not arranged and we had to wait until they finished arranging it.|Since there were six of us, we were advised to reserve a table in advance for the next breakfast, so we did, but when we arrived in time for breakfast, the manager of the dining room was not aware of the reservation at all and it was only by luck that the guests who sat at the table had not yet started eating and cleared the table.|At breakfast on Saturday, the wait for food was over half an hour and when there is no decent coffee, only simple coffee in disposable cups that you have to make yourself.|Every attempt to call reception from the room was a failure, they never answered, when I called using the cell phone, see it's a miracle, they answered.|When we informed the reception that they only put one bath towel in the towel exchange, they apologized and promised to send a towel, it never arrived.|Every time we passed the hotel reception desk, there was always an angry customer complaining about something.|On the way down to the parking lot, the musty smell is strong, the parking lot is crowded and very difficult to maneuver.|In short, it is clear that we will never return to this hotel and will recommend it to all our friends as well.

My wife and I stayed in the Brown Beach House for our wedding anniversary on 10/6 having received a gift voucher from her work colleagues for the hotel group. We knew of the hotel as my wife had enjoyed at Spa day there with our daughter earlier in the year and chose it from an extensive list of Brown Hotels in Israel..||||On this occasion I must say that in broad terms we were generally disappointed with our experience. To start with the positives, the staff were courteous, professional and thoughtful and highly accommodating throughout our short 3 day visit. Additionally, the breakfasts were quite excellent with a varied menu and plentiful portions of delicious food. ||||Conversely, the room accommodation was extremely poor and wholly underwhelming. To be specific, we had booked a ' Standard' room and were given Room 400. To be clear, this is a converted Mamad (Safe Room used in the event of rocket attacks) It was not a conventional hotel bedroom and really should be clarified as such in the descriptions with subsidies provided for guests designated these rooms. There is almost no natural light, the living space is tiny and there is an eccentric sequence of narrow corridors within the room itself that navigate from the entrance to the bedroom. Efforts have been made to conceal the typical fittings in a Mamad and give the room an appearance of normality but there is little to disguise the actual nature of the space itself. I imagine that this is not the normal standard of accommodation in the hotel but having nothing with which to compare except marketing images we drew the conclusion that the Brown Beach was not a place to which we would choose to return.

The worst hotel I have stayed in in recent years. I ordered vouchers in the sale but the reservations department does not know how to manage their offers, neither does the reception at the hotel. It is not possible to contact the reception either from the rooms or from the entrance to the hotel, they simply do not answer. The rooms and the entire hotel are dirty. The lobby is full of mosquitoes. The reception is extremely busy with guests who complain non-stop about air conditioners or TVs that don't work. Lack of towels. Mini bars are empty and for those who have groceries in them, they are not refrigerated. Bad breakfast (we were not served part of the meal because there was no room on the table). Worst housekeeping. Towels are not changed, the room is not cleaned, and if so, at irregular hours. We happened to have dirt in the basement, they didn't clean it, they just covered it with the blanket.|It is enough to see the 2 attached photos of our room to understand how bad the hotel is.
