We were received very friendly by Dana at the reception and she gave us a nice big room. The room and the bathroom were spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning and the ventilation in the bathroom were quite noisy. Breakfast was not a buffet, as in most hotels, but that was fine because we had everything served and eggs according to our choice/

Horrible Experience: My Watch Was Stolen and Management Didn’t Care I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. During my stay, I carefully placed my watch inside a drawer in the room. After checking out, I realized it was missing. When I tracked it two weeks later, the location pointed directly back to this hotel in Georgia. When I returned to speak with the manager, instead of helping, he brushed me off and said I “probably left it at the beach.” Completely unacceptable. There was no effort to investigate, no accountability, and absolutely zero professionalism. The fact that the cleaning staff had access to the room and that the hotel refuses to take responsibility is beyond outrageous. If you value your belongings or basic honesty, stay far away from this place.

Trendy yet cozy! I loved the retro decor and the relaxed vibe. Just steps from the beach and surrounded by great cafes. Perfect weekend stay.

Amazing weekend stay! Clean rooms, perfect location—just steps from the beach and all the best nightlife and attractions. Highly recommended for a Tel Aviv getaway.

I do NOT recommend this hotel. It is dirty, dark, poor customer service, and does not offer a buffet breakfast that Israel is famous for. You can stay somewhere better for the same price or less. I stayed at the Maxim Hotel and at the Market House Hotel while in Tel Aviv, both of which were far superior to this hotel in terms of value for money, service, cleanliness and breakfast.

Well located in Tel-Aviv, by the sea, Carmel Market, Dizengoff. Young city life.

i do NOT recommend. check in wasn't pleasant. The parking access is inconvenient Breakfast was the worst i have ever had in Israel. small plates with not appetizing food served with old bread , the milk expired 3 days ago. there is no buffet but a menu with few options (where you can choose only 1, include the desert) i will never ever visit that hotel.

We returned after almost one year and half to this lovely place |Top service. Top people, good location. |Very good breakfast |Despite the situation in Israel, the hotel is maintaining the level of customer service and try their best to satisfy our request |I recommend this place , for the service location breakfast cleaner and a very good General Manager Chen and the Top Dana in reception food and beverages
