We were three friends spending a night in Tel Aviv.|We arrived at the hotel and really liked the building and the area — it’s right in the heart of the city.|At the reception, there was someone who was really unfriendly, most likely because of the large number of evacuees staying there (something we weren’t told about at all). If we had known how many evacuees were at the hotel, we probably wouldn’t have booked there — not because we didn’t want to be around them, but because the staff clearly didn’t have the energy left to serve guests properly.||Anyway, we stayed at the hotel. The pool was packed with people, and we barely managed to get in.|There was no food or drinks available at the pool — they had “just run out.”||The hotel is indeed very central and has amazing potential,|but our experience this time was less than great, and definitely not worth the price.|In our opinion, we won’t be coming back.

Very bad experience, stay away. We were planning to spend the entire day in the pool, we booked only one night. The night before our trip we received a message from the hotel that there is maintenance going on in the pool and that it will be open only from 2pm. Needless to say that it ruined our plans for the day. Upon arrival to the hotel we were met with an incompetent manager or hotel ceo according to her. She did not understand our frustration and said that they are not interested in hosting us in her hotel, she even said to another guest that was there at that time: “ lucky you, now you have a room” Awful experience, if this is the way Brown hotels treat their guests we wont recommend them to anyone!

We stayed in the Tel-Aviv location for 2 nights. The room was convenient and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options The most important feature for us was customer service. We met three different concierges, Ilya, Alex and Timur and all of them spoke in 3 different languages (at least) and were eager to help with all our questions and requests. Definitely will suggest this hotel to our friends. Thank you!

The drawbacks include the cleanliness of the hotel, which could be improved and the food quality which might not be the best. Additionally the pool is quite small and unsuitable for swimming. However, the hotel's central location is a definite advantage. The staff at the reception desk are exceptionally kind and helpful.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Warning: Health Hazard — Bed Bugs & MRSA I stayed at the Brown Bobo in Tel Aviv and had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. My bed had visible blood and urine stains when I checked in, and despite daily requests, housekeeping kept replacing the sheets with more soiled linens — some even with fresh blood stains. Even worse, I caught bed bugs during my stay, which led to a serious MRSA skin infection. I’ve attached photos as evidence. This wasn’t just gross — it was a health emergency that required medical treatment and antibiotics. The lack of hygiene and basic cleanliness is shocking for a hotel at this price point. If you value your health, do not stay here.

I had booked 2 rooms for my employees — the stay itself went smoothly for them. However, trying to retrieve an invoice afterward has been a frustrating experience. I’ve sent 3 emails and called multiple times, only to be hung up on by the accounting department. No one is responding, still waiting for the invoice which makes the post-stay service very disappointing.

The Hotel is located in a vibrant quarter of Tel Aviv. There are numerous restaurants and bars in the immediate neighbourhood. The hotel is located in several floors of a high-rise building. An underground parking garage gives direct access to your relevant hotel floor. The hotel interior is a bit old, but in a very good condition. The breakfast buffet is superb. The service is very friendly and the employees do their very best to accommodate the visitors' requirements. There is a very nice bar on 14th floor with excellent cocktails and good food. In all, a very pleasant experience and a sincere recommendation from us. Thank you!

🐾 Luna’s Stay at Brown BoBo – 7 Bones 🦴 Out of 10 Tel Aviv called, and I answered… with my fluff fully fluffed and my leash ready. We stayed at Brown BoBo, right in the heart of the city. The hotel design? Stunning. Plush textures, warm lighting, and cozy vibes—basically, a dream for any fashion-forward pup like me. The staff? Super kind and accommodating. They even let us check out late so I could sneak in one last nap on their velvet couch (yes, I’m that guest). But let’s talk breakfast… The next morning, things got a little ruff. Although the hotel is marked as pet-friendly, we were stopped at the breakfast room entrance—apparently, dogs weren’t welcome. My humans kindly stepped back and decided to find another place, but then—like magic—a lovely manager stepped in. She insisted we stay, guided us to a private table near the dining room, and even promised to make it up to us. It wasn’t the smoothest experience, but I must say—their kindness and quick thinking turned things around. And in my book, that’s what good hospitality is all about. Final rating: 7/10 bones. Elegant design, warm staff, and bonus points for recovery under pressure. Would I come again? If they bring more belly rubs to breakfast—absolutely. With tail wags and gratitude, Luna ❤️ @Luna_travel_the_world
