My second stay at BoBo for a business trip. I really like the Brown Hotels concept — creative, slightly bold, and still affordable. This visit was in a very different moment compared to my first stay a couple of years ago: post-war period, very low occupancy, no tourists. The contrast is noticeable. The usually lively rooftop was closed, the lobby felt quiet. Possibly because of this and as a returning guest, I received a double room upgrade, which I truly appreciated. Some of the former shine feels muted for now — but I still give BoBo 5 stars as a short business-stay option. Why: 1. Excellent central location — easy walking, convenient for meetings, cafés nearby, and the sea not far away. 2. Creative, non-standard design throughout the hotel. 3. Fast, friendly reception and reliable Wi-Fi for work. 4. Comfortable rooms and a great city view from higher floors. 5. Very good value for money for central Tel Aviv. Tip for guests: right accross the hotel is a great café with Asian food, a proper bar, and a DJ — perfect for eating, drinking, and light socializing. Small improvements for the hotel: noisy fridge at night, richer breakfast once tourism returns, and spa hours better aligned with business schedules. Despite the current quiet phase, BoBo remains a strong, characterful choice — and I’m happy to return.

We were three friends spending a night in Tel Aviv.|We arrived at the hotel and really liked the building and the area — it’s right in the heart of the city.|At the reception, there was someone who was really unfriendly, most likely because of the large number of evacuees staying there (something we weren’t told about at all). If we had known how many evacuees were at the hotel, we probably wouldn’t have booked there — not because we didn’t want to be around them, but because the staff clearly didn’t have the energy left to serve guests properly.||Anyway, we stayed at the hotel. The pool was packed with people, and we barely managed to get in.|There was no food or drinks available at the pool — they had “just run out.”||The hotel is indeed very central and has amazing potential,|but our experience this time was less than great, and definitely not worth the price.|In our opinion, we won’t be coming back.

I stayed one night at Bobo hotel with my girlfriend, as we arrived the receptionist was very kind and explained to us everything and the parking lot fee for the hotel’s guests which is 60NIS. The room was very clean and they cleaned it for us also on the next day. But what we didn’t expect was the quality of the breakfast- absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The drawbacks include the cleanliness of the hotel, which could be improved and the food quality which might not be the best. Additionally the pool is quite small and unsuitable for swimming. However, the hotel's central location is a definite advantage. The staff at the reception desk are exceptionally kind and helpful.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Warning: Health Hazard — Bed Bugs & MRSA I stayed at the Brown Bobo in Tel Aviv and had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. My bed had visible blood and urine stains when I checked in, and despite daily requests, housekeeping kept replacing the sheets with more soiled linens — some even with fresh blood stains. Even worse, I caught bed bugs during my stay, which led to a serious MRSA skin infection. I’ve attached photos as evidence. This wasn’t just gross — it was a health emergency that required medical treatment and antibiotics. The lack of hygiene and basic cleanliness is shocking for a hotel at this price point. If you value your health, do not stay here.

We stayed in the Tel-Aviv location for 2 nights. The room was convenient and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options The most important feature for us was customer service. We met three different concierges, Ilya, Alex and Timur and all of them spoke in 3 different languages (at least) and were eager to help with all our questions and requests. Definitely will suggest this hotel to our friends. Thank you!

Very bad experience, stay away. We were planning to spend the entire day in the pool, we booked only one night. The night before our trip we received a message from the hotel that there is maintenance going on in the pool and that it will be open only from 2pm. Needless to say that it ruined our plans for the day. Upon arrival to the hotel we were met with an incompetent manager or hotel ceo according to her. She did not understand our frustration and said that they are not interested in hosting us in her hotel, she even said to another guest that was there at that time: “ lucky you, now you have a room” Awful experience, if this is the way Brown hotels treat their guests we wont recommend them to anyone!
