Popped in to the store earlier today trying to get a headstart on christmas presents. The lady at the Clarins stall was so warm and welcoming. She knew immediately what i was looking for and showed me some great offers. A very pleasant shopping trip!

My daughter and I went in for a bag hunt and I got one, although I wish they had it in black at the time but then I’m happy with the colour I bought also the displayed one was the last one and I asked if the price could be reduced considering it’s a displayed item but the lady said they couldn’t do that, all in all I’m happy with my purchase

This store used to be great. The 2nd and third floors are totally reorganized. Not the homy welcoming vibe of before anymore. Saturday was chaos, everyone looking everywhere to find the brands. Disposition of the racks very messy. No visual harmony anymore. This harmony which was bringing a sense of good happy relaxed moments there, looking for the perfect clothes or accessories. Looks now inpersonal and boring. No elegance anymore. Where is the cachet of this store gone?

Workers here were fantastic. We worked with Lorraine in the handbags department and Eleanor in men's clothing. Both were unbelievably helpful for both my wife and I. Eleanor even gave us a great restaurant recommendation for dinner after shopping (Goldie). A truly exceptional experience all around.

Very poor customer service from a woman at click and collect recently. One star service. I’ve given the extra star as the online orders are usually good. I’ll be avoiding the store as much as possible and will only order online first if I can’t find what I need elsewhere! Do better.

Very poor experience at the Chanel counter in Brown Thomas. I came in looking for a men’s perfume as a present, and mentioned I had a budget. The manager, “Bee,” was instantly dismissive and spoke down to me, making me feel like I didn’t belong there at all which was extremely disheartening. She was pushy from the start, clearly more interested in making a sale than actually helping me find something I liked, or more importantly, felt comfortable buying. When I said I’d changed my mind and wouldn’t be buying anything for that counter, she became even ruder and borderline hostile?? She seemed completely scattered and not at all what you’d expect from a counter manager for such a luxury brand. Chanel prides itself on elegance and service, but Bee really needs to Bee better to customers.

do not shop here!!!! so firstly i've had no problems with this shop until they scammed my mum. to preface this she is disabled and black they refused to hire her she was convinced it was because of her colour no one should have to feel like that and getting to that kind of age where she picks up things and doesn't read them properly. so she asked one of the girls at the perfume counter if they had the perfume she just smelled from the testers in stock. to which the girl picked it out for her and completed the transaction. she got home so excited to unwrap it as it was a christmas gift for myself and her to share, but when she took the cellophane off it i could clearly smell this was not a feminine smell. we never fully opened it because we knew she'd just scammed us so went back to return it and they accused us of stealing it and opening it then refused her a refund absolutely ruined christmas for her. there was nothing we could do because we are poor and obviously it's a high end shop and perfume so it set us back a lot. tell me why when i walk into the shop a couple months after to test perfumes with my friends the lady at the counter leans over to her colleague and says "oh they're back again" then proceeds to ask her "do they steal from here?" i turn around because she thinks i'm deaf and ask her why she's talking about us like we're scum and ask her is it because i'm wearing a long skirt are you trying to be racist to me and then asked her why she ruined my mums christmas. she mocked and jeered at us with her colleagues. and my friend asked her why she looks 40, can't do her eyebrows but she works at a makeup counter blah blah blah the staff, who are literal middle aged women are picking on children and laughing at us calling us ugly wow nice joke granny then they escorted us out? walked in there with my friend again through another entrance a couple months later again and we're looking at the dyson hairdryers because you can test them in store when the security guard comes up to us saying we have to leave. no voices were raised this time because he did ask us respectfully unlike the last time so i politely asked him for a reason why i have to leave the store because as far as i know you're supposed to come into this shop to test things before you purchase them and it's not like it's affordable anyway for people with low income. to which he ignored me and kept asking us to leave but my friend needed to use the bathroom and he physically pushed her off the escalator which you should not be touching someone anyway we were not violent in any way . that was the final straw for me, as he walked us out EVERY single staff member was looking us up and down and laughing at us like we were a freak show or something. i hate rich people shops stay away from this place they only like you if you spend unnecessary amounts of money on clothes that are so bland, look the same as things you'd find in penneys, low quality materials and insane price tags. in what world is anyone going to buy a basic piece of clothing for 600 euro? boycott brown thomas bigots, support small local businesses.
