Today I visited Brown Thomas and would like to share my experience. Unfortunately, at some makeup counters such as NARS, Charlotte Tilbury, MAC, and Chanel, I felt ignored by the staff. I was genuinely there with the intention to purchase, but I felt overlooked, possibly because I wasn’t dressed in a way that reflected a certain image or spending money. This was disappointing, as I truly needed assistance and did not receive it.
On the other hand, I would like to highlight the excellent service I received at the Lancôme counter, especially from Andrea, who was extremely attentive and helpful. That is the kind of experience customers hope for.
I hope the store can review the approach taken at some counters so that all customers are treated with the same respect and attention, regardless of appearance.
