"Every year, hundreds of volunteers from the Betuwe region in the Netherlands (known for its many fruit trees) gather and build a parade of floats. What makes each float so unusual is that its surface will be covered in fresh fruit, vegetables, legumes, and other seeds.
The vibrant, towering results are put on display every third Saturday of September, when 20 floats come together in a colorful mix of all kinds of produce arranged in unexpected patterns and intricate designs. These floats can feature various subjects and shapes, although animals such as birds and fish always are crowd favorites. They can be quite large, too, usually 30 feet (10 meters) long and about 15 feet (5 meters) high.
What originally started as a promotional event for fruit grown in the Betuwe region has grown to something much larger. The annual parade now draws attendees from all over the world." - ATLAS_OBSCURA

Great place for a coffee (luxuriously served with a bite of a brownie, whipped cream with liqueur and a showt of water for those who need it) or lunch. Dishes are beautifully presented and delicious. Decent choice of beer.
