Brudenell River Provincial Park

This is a great place to camp and enjoy the activities or as a base to see the east part of PEI. Full facilities on sites near the gate or more rustic yet quieter across the bridge. An interesting pioneer cemetery on the “island”. Pool was undergoing repairs this month and staff couldn’t say when it would be open. There is golf, riding, paddling available here or nearby. The multiuse trails start near campsite 41. They look to be ideal for mountain biking. Banked corners and some jumps. The area was badly damaged by the wind but the downed trees have been made safe along the trails. Worth a quiet walk too. Washrooms, showers and laundry facilities are all spacious and clean. We really enjoyed this park on our 3 night stay.

This campsite is my favorite one,we’ve been there every year! Kayaking, hiking, horseback riding……I really want to see sunrise nearby the sea but last Sunday morning foggy…….we’ll be there again!

Fantastic provincial park with water access and country club with a beautiful course. Great on site facilities and the staff is super friendly. Horseback rides and ice cream stand are a hit! Good family park.

Possibly my new favorite place to camp. The staff here were incredibly kind and helpful! Beautiful views and trails to walk. These were the CLEANEST park bathrooms I have ever seen!

As a couple we have gone to this park the last couple years as my husband fishes so we stay two weeks. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Park is always so clean and beautiful. Prices are very reasonable . Privacy never an issue and always places just to walk around and enjoy.

Great campground on the southside of the island. The staff are incredibly friendly. Overall the park are clean and well-kept.

Beautiful location on the Brudenell River. Worthy of note: this park and Campground is funded by taxation of all PEI residents, yet the prime campsites are occupied by the same seasonal tenants year after year. Why???

Loved this campground! Very clean restrooms. Staff was very kind and welcoming. A great base to explore the eastern part of the island. Horseback riding was amazing. There is a resort within walking distance with many activities and a great restaurant for when you’re too lazy to cook. There’s also an ice cream place right before the entrance. A bit of mosquitoes but, hey, that’s camping!
