Even when I said no to a couple of apartments he would still reach out to me asking if I found anything and give me more options, which made my search a lot easier. I am now in a really great neighborhood and great apartment. Really happy to have had Raphael as my agent. Renting was smooth and everything went as agreed. ☺️

I had a wonderful experience working with BruMa! I've been living in the city for the past 6 years, but this was my first time ever having to go apartment hunting. Mendel was extremely helpful in helping me navigate the entire process, and helped me secure a new apartment within my budget that is in a wonderful area and an easy commute to my job. He was also very communicative with my family when they reached out with their own inquiries and answered their questions in a timely and thorough manner.
