It was such a nice experience being here!! The combination of a very good quality of brew with the right amount of milk and ice, made it the best coffee I had for a long time. I really liked the biscuits too. If you'll be in Annecy, just visit that place❤️

Hidden coffee shop located in an alley. The owner was super nice and didn’t hesitate to recommend me some drinks when I didn’t know what to choose. They also offer specialty coffee roasts and a few desserts/snacks. If you need a quieter place to sit down and recharge (far from the places in Old Annecy), this is the place for you! Suggestion for the owner : maybe you can try to offer Korean-style ades as non-caffeine drinks (ex : grapefruit ade). Super easy to make and there are a lot of great fruits in the Annecy market that you can use 😊 (I'm speaking from experience since we have café nous sommes & white heron café here in Montréal that have a similar style to yours).

Got coffee to start our weekend trip In Annecy. Great find. The cafe was quite busy when we came but thankfully a couple was on their way out so it didn't take too long to find a place. We ordered two latte machiatto and they were great!

We were here late July. If you have high standards for your coffee places, BRUMES will not disappoint. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, and it shows in what he makes. We took our time to savor the beans from interesting places around the world. Only downside is that he is not open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day!

We wanted to love this place. The best thing it had going was the wonderful man who worked there. He was super warm and friendly. The music was abrasive and seemed designed to get you to leave. (Some non-relaxing heavy metal band stuff). The sweet treats were all burned. Everything in the case was a variation of super dark brown. Note the Pasteis de Nata in my photos. I’ll stop. The man was really nice.

The best coffee in France after 8 years living in the country. No dishwater or Coffees Richard like Paris. Very cute and photogenic place and people smiling when you enter and order. France has a decade to catch up on in everything, especially food and coffee but Brumes is way, way ahead. Great to see a place like this in my travels. Been here 4 times in 3 days, will be back tomorrow.

A truly great coffee house! The coffee was amazing, as was the French OJ. The place is a coffee lovers heaven set in a quiet back street of Annecy! You can tell the owner is a master of his craft and cares very much about the coffee he makes! We loved it 👍☕

Cute coffee shop tucked away in an alleyway in Annecy. It was packed /super busy when I arrived in the late morning. There were only about 2 people working there and they were upfront about a potential wait to order/ receive my drink. I got the Hojicha latte and a pecan brownie. Both were delicious. They have free wifi (need to ask them for the password).

Owner is kind and patient with my poor attempt at ordering in French and then immediately not knowing how to ask for the baked good item I wanted. Coffee is delicious, and the space is adorable. It's possible no European would ever notice this, but I really wish there were outlets so I could sit and work. There aren't any.

An adorable coffee shop down an alley away from the crowds in Annecy. Excellent coffee. Nice staff who were kind and helpful. I highly recommend getting out of the crowds and seeking this place for a moment of rest and calm!

I was getting bummed out with all the robot watery flavorless coffee in France. It really is generally awful. I yelped this place and thought it would be worth a try. The walk through old town would make it worth it any which way. Wow, I'm sure glad I did! The barista was so meticulous and that caffe latte was really on point! Really nice small shop on a quiet little side street. Just a lovely place really, with a high quality delicious product. Perfect! I wish I had come earlier in my week there!

If you are a coffee snob, like my husband and myself, you will thoroughly appreciate the high quality of this coffee shop. The owner, Julien, is very friendly and very meticulous with every cup of espresso he makes. We have been in Annecy for a few days and haven't had our morning coffee anywhere but here. It's a must stop for true coffee lovers and even the casual coffee drinker will appreciate their fine attention to details.

Perfect coffee. Lovely barista who noticed my faltering French, switched to English, and gently corrected me when I tried again. If you're looking for croissants and whatnot, this isn't the place, but they do have tasty muffins and macaroons. Seriously there are Boulangeries everywhere, so enjoy this hidden gem for coffee and quietude.

This is an amazing coffee shop run by a true connoisseur, Julien Latil. His shop has a terrific selection of beans, offers wonderful V60 pourovers, super tasty cold-brews, and pulls perfectly dialed-in espresso shots - this is as good as I have seen, anywhere. Julien is really is a barista par-excellence. He speaks fluent English, is happy to talk coffee in between serving the customers, and is a great source of recommendations for the other terrific coffee places in the area.

Great little coffee shop in Annecy. I had the cappuccino and croissont both excellent quality. The owner welcomed me in the morning as in had arrived just as he was opening and he spoke fluent English. The interior is very nicely done and it's located on a quiet small street with no cars . I highly recommend it

Julien is the BEST. Visited here from San Francisco, California! Coffee is amazing and the service is top notch. We met the owner himself and you can tell he is passionate about coffee. Be sure to visit so you don't miss out on something authentic and brilliant!

A cozy, welcoming café with friendly staff. I had the grape juice but heard great echoes of the coffee. Grab a chair, a coffee and enjoy the ambiance!
