Brundl Flagship Store is the best assorted Kaprun ski shop in my opinion. With a bit of luck you could buy some spare parts there. As with most ski areas; Do not!! Do not think or assume the assortment is better here, it is not. Bring all your product specific spare parts with you! Good selection of ski clothing inc Red Bull Alpine. Small selection of mainstream snowboards. Ok selection of ski’s inc VanDeer, Stockli. Several floors for woman, man, children, race, climb.

A great shopping experience today in your flagship store. My husband chose a new ski jacket, which he didn’t realize he needed but Sophie helped with everything and found ski pants to match. She has even requested a pair are sent from another store to try later this week. Great choice of items and always friendly helpful personnel.

One of the best-stocked ski stores I've ever visited! I came to purchase ski boots and it felt like they carried every model in every size, I've truly never seen such selection before. The staff were also very kind and helpful; I was offered a slight discount for letting them keep the factory liners from my new boots (I already had my own custom ones) which was very welcome. The bootfitting department was very competent and made an overnight punch in just the right spot which solved my problem entirely. The well-curated selection of apparel and accessories was a joy to browse as well.

Hands down one of the best sports shops I’ve visited. Beautifully designed with thoughtful touches throughout, stunning views from the restaurant, and an overall experience I truly enjoyed. Friendly and welcoming staff, great offers, and a wide variety of shoes to choose from. Loved every bit of it. Recommend trying the glass bridge designed and installed by seele!!

Its a very big sports wear shop and the staff are very helpful. They offer variousl types ot wears and sports gear for a good price. There is a long slide in the buliding so the kids are entertained.

Best ski shop I’ve used. I’ve bought most of my gear from Brundl over the last few years at different locations, and always get the best service. Everyone is super polite and wants to help. Clearly everyone there is passionate about skiing, so that really helps. Had a new set of boots, and came back 3-4 times to get the right fit, minor adjustments etc. Could not be better, thanks!

Myself and my partner were fitted with ski boots here in October, the staff were very friendly and helpful however 3 weeks later when we returned home to Canada we were having issues. We went to a local bootfitter who had to refit us with boots 2 sizes and several lasts smaller! I contacted the store who told me they couldn’t do anything unless I returned the boots to the store in Kaprun, despite me informing them that I had since returned home so this wasn’t an option. I have since been trying to contact customer services to escalate the complaint and haven’t had a response from them in over 2 months, despite opening multiple tickets. I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service and the fact that I wasted almost €500 on a pair of boots that I can’t actually ski in, as did my partner.
