Best Cheese & Bacon Pie I have ever had! Now I have had my fair share of pies, in fact I would say I'm a pieaholic! I could eat pies every day lol Have had plenty of bacon and cheese pies in my time but this pie was exceptional! The pie itself had great meat and gravy, pastry was delicious but what sold me was the crispy bits of bacon on top that you could actually taste and the nicely melted/browned cheese on top of the pie. It was everything you would wish a cheese and bacon pie to be. The bakery itself is a beautiful space framed with old timbers and exposed brick work, with the appeal of a refurbished factory. Staff were busy but friendly and there were so many tasty looking breads, pastries and deserts there you could eat yourself into the happiest of food comas. I would highly recommend you pull off the Pacific Highway as we did and stop for a pie, sausage roll or pastry here. And to top it off the coffee was excellent too. Im a coffee snob so that praise doesn't come lightly. I am looking forward to the next time I head past Brunswick Heads so I can stop in for a pie again. We had Steak, Bacon and Cheese pie, a sausage roll and a chunky steak pie. All were amazing!

Stopped for lunch and absolutely loved the pies we had! Lamb & rosemary and Pepper Steak. Intense flavour, flaky but not greasy pastry, very tender meat. Great atmosphere and lovely service.

Bruns Bakery is a very busy spot, offering a wide variety of baked and sweet treats for everyone. We stopped by early on a Sunday morning, and luckily, it wasn’t too crowded, so we were served quickly by the friendly and helpful staff. I really appreciated being able to see the treats being made right in front of us—it’s a nice touch! I loved my Almond Croissant which was packed with a nice almond meal filling. Just a few minutes later, though, the place was packed, likely with people heading over after a beach dip. A great spot to visit, but definitely popular!

Decent bakery with a wide selection of your typical cakes, tarts, pies, sandwiches, and bread. Prices are as you'd expect for these new age fancy bakeries, quality of food was good. As with most trendy new places, good luck finding somewhere to sit so be prepared to take your snacks elsewhere.

This bakery in Brunswick Heads is a gem! The food is fantastic—fresh cakes, pies, and salads—and the vibe is so welcoming. Watching the bakers at work while sipping on a great coffee really makes it a special experience. Perfect for a relaxed break!

Amazing cakes, tarts and slices, didn't try the pies. Lots of delicious looking options and smiling staff. Raspberry custard cream tart was awesome.

Good quality pastry and desserts. Coffee was quite good as well. The place is nicely built and has a great "morning coffee" vibe. Needs better ventilation throughout. Smells perfect, but too hot and humid inside. Will visit again

I could not be more excited to learn that this place now serves FRAPPES with paper straws! Way to become my new must-have-in-Australia. A stellar bakery all around for staples, treats, and ambience.
