Google
My son had his first field trip here and i was absolutely blown away. :) It was incredible!!! and puts any museum and bass pro shop, Scheels, & Cabela's displays to shame! This place was AMAZING. I highly recommend stopping and see worth the time. You wont be disappointed. Robert & Terri are the best people around & created a beautiful museum. Thank you! I'll be back with my boys :)

Mykelle S.

Google
Met Robert and his wife and they shared some of the awesome stories about how this museum came to be, not only is their story cool but the museum itself is breath taking, the collection of taxidermy is extremely impressive and well done! The owners are both extremely nice

Katelyn G.

Google
I have been to a lot of museums and this one was by far the best!! The details put into every seen was incredible and literally capturing the moment! We had our son there and the owner called him a “Papoose” baby. 🥰😂 such a wonderful experience, definitely recommend this place if you’re in Brice Canyon.

Johnika S.

Google
Hands down the best museum I've come across. Robert, the owner and curator, has put together a complete and extraordinary exhibit. Our children learned so much and have a new perspective of the wildlife in the area.

Karly B.

Google
This is not just a museum, it’s an experience! The couple that owns this attraction is lovely and it was so extraordinary to see the passion behind every inch of every exhibit. Most unique museum I’ve ever been to. 10/10 experience.

Jayden F.

Google
One of the best museums I’ve been too! And for $10 its a bargain for what you get to see. Fine art of taxidermy and dioramas. Owner was very friendly and we also got to hand feed the fallow deer for only $2.50 if your in the Bryce area check this out you won’t be disappointed

Stephanie H.

Google
Great stop with kids who have an interest in nature. I've never seen a more expansive collection of animals from all over the world. Yes, these are taxidermied, but obviously composed with much love and care. Absolutely breathtaking artistic displays of various species in their natural habitats. 10/10 will visit again if we head this way in the future. Beyond impressed.

Matthew W.

Google
We were greeted by the owner and the man who personally hunted all of the animals on display. An incredible person with some amazing stories. The museum is impeccable and very expansive and tells an amazing tale . Definitely worth a visit! Also he has some exotic deer out back we got to feed and pet, and they have ATV rides on the property.

Yelp
We were lucky enough to be there at the time where there weren't too many visitors and the owner was very nice to share a lot of info about the animals, he made it really fun. Was definitely worth the $. And would do it again if ever in the area. The collection of taxidermies is incredible and the amount of time and effort that went in it is impressive.

Claire L.

Yelp
Amazing collection, and I've been to the Great Britain museum, New York and Los Angeles museum of natural history, zoos across several continents, this is still a MUST SEE.
google avatar

Cory N.

Yelp
Museum is amazing. The variety, detail and sheer breadth of the displays is amazing. We spent a good couple of hours and it was very inspiring for my nature-enthusiast 4 year old. After, we fed the deer and had a great time with that.

Yelp
This is a must if you're staying in Bryce Canyon! Me and my 2 friends rode in one ATV and took turns for our 4h trips (came out to 145$ per person after tax). While our other friend couple and their 5 year old rode in another one and followed us for part of the trip. Riding the ATV and discovering what seemed like hidden scenery was so magical and fun. I can't recommend it enough. Jeff took the time to explain everything in detail and let us go on our own. He's awesome! Again don't think twice and go check it out. So worth it.

Yelp
Just want to give anyone a heads up if trying to take their kids here. The women at the front desk made it very clear this is not a kid friendly establishment. Questioning my ability to watch the kids because my handicap father could not physically walk around with me. She clearly didn't want us in her museum but wanted the money to feed the deer. She then proceeded to watch us like criminals. It's sad because my kid enjoyed seeing the many animals but not worth the money to be treated so Poorly. This was My second time here but this time I will not be back an will not recommend to Anyone traveling with kids.

Caroline P.

Yelp
Incredible museum!! All of the different exhibits and habitats for different animals were created so carefully and thoughtfully with incredible attention to detail. Admission was $10 which was honestly generous considering the experience I was provided. I will definitely be stopping here any time I come back to Bryce Canyon
google avatar

Shelby L.

Yelp
We stopped at the museum here and so glad we did. The displays were so well done and beautiful. I loved the insect collection. The standout here is the sweet little deer you can feed.
google avatar

Cynthia M.

Yelp
Drew, I can't thank you enough for the wonderful tour. Your kind heart is but one of your qualities, matched only by your sense of humor as well as your knowledge of and enthusiasm for the area. Tour was well paced and everything you had to say mattered. You're someone I would ask for by name if we return to Bryce. Thank you!

Yelp
Holy Heck, this was not a planned stop but we saw the sign and the ( deer feeding ) and swung in for a look. The only word I have to describe this, is AMAZING. Robert was such a pleasure to speak to and the stories he has are just fantastic to listen to. This Museum is literally incredible, the displays are so much better than any of the city/state funded museums. Having stopped at a few Native American museums during our trip, even the artifacts on display here are on par or better and that is not even the focus of this museum. The Displays are so lifelike, they are set up almost diorama-esque with rounded walls and so detail filled between the interaction of the mounts and their environment, down to the scat. Upstairs is a massive Butterfly collection, and I mean MASSIVE, along with a large wall to wall selection of Fish and Insects. The $8 price tag to get in was well worth the hours we spent looking around, and the building with its foot thick walls was nice and cool and definitely a relief from the record breaking heat outside. This should be planned stop on the way to or from Bryce Canyon! Whether you do a quick walk through and spend 20-30 minutes here, or spend an hour or more taking in the exhibits, its definitely well worth it!

Yelp
My family and I visited the Museum on Thursday. Mr Robert was so kind & he walked with us told us all kinds of stories of all the game he has . It was the best display of wild animals we had ever seen. Mr Robert was full of information on every single animal he has. It is worth going and seeing . Thank you Mr Robert & don't forget to feed the girls corn :)

Yelp
Stopped by here spontaneously on our way to Bryce Canyon Park...what a great place! Robert's establishment is clearly his life's work...visitors should respect and treat it as such. What an amazing collection of animals and insects..creatures from all over the world! The kids also loved feeding the deer out back. What an educational and fun experience!

Christian B.

Yelp
I was definitely surprised when I went into this museum and saw all the animals and insects on display. It was a massive collection of some of the coolest animals and insects I have seen thus far. Owner is a super chill guy and is an interesting person to listen to especially of his hunting stories. Since we went into the museum and enjoyed it so much, we decided to do his trail adventure. We couldn't pass it up because he gave us a good discount and it was exhilarating. If you are in the area, go visit and enjoy what they have to offer
google avatar

Yelp
Honestly really cool museum of taxidermy animals. My kiddo loved it and it was really neat seeing some of the animals super close up. We also fed the deer and goats. Museum curator was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. 4.5/5 stars
google avatar

Yelp
Nice place to see animals in their habitat. Tuis place is packed with artifacts and animals. My kids liked it. They got to feed the deer outside afterwards.

Yelp
We were heading up to Bryce Canyon for some hiking an sightseeing, when we were on our way there we seen the museum to the right so we decided to stop in when we pulled into the parking lot & low and behold we saw the ATV rentals. Also keep in mind that we were a group of 10 in our family one being a child and we inquired within, the gentleman who helped us was very informative, professional, and helpful and described the adventure as something that would be very fun for our family. He was not lying. So we decided to take the adventure and the way I would describe this adventure is WOW AMAZING! The views were amazing the ride was terrific the animals that we saw were spectacular and the lake was also beautiful if you want to take this adventure please stop by there and do it you will not regret it. Yelp
Really enjoyed museum, highly recommend if you are looking to see something indoors after hike.

Yelp
Just stopped in again for the 3rd time with our family. This museum is a must see for everyone! Our boys are age 11 and 13 and we all found so many interesting things to look at, animals and bugs from all over the world. Truly an awesome experience!! Many species of fish too, lots to learn if you take your time. A road schoolers dream stop! If you get a minute time to talk to the owner, he's a wealth of knowledge and cool stories. We love this place!

Adam R.

Yelp
We had a very strange experience here. We stopped by and were walking outside but we checked the time and decided it would be best to head to Bryce Canyon first and stop here on the way back. As we were leaving, the owner came out yelling something and then drove around to the exit to stop us. He seemed to be upset with us for not going in. When we told him we were planning to come back later he said "You needn't come back." Okay...we won't.

Justin M.

Yelp
I can't rave enough about how amazing this whole experience was. You're given a side by side atv and a map, and you get to ride around on these barely touched trails with Elk, Antelope, Foxes, Prairie Dogs, and birds all around you. The stops and viewpoints are breathtaking. The man helping us - Robert was his name I believe - couldn't have been more helpful and descriptive when helping us plan the route, and even grabbed a freakin beanie out of his truck since my girlfriend forgot one and it happened to be a colder day. Not to mention he did all of it like he was genuinely excited for us to go on this trail ride. He takes you out to the first road and lets you have your fun after that. Please please pay attention to his directions! I almost thought he was over explaining it because I'm good with a map. It's so easy to get lost out there with all the different trails. Make sure you're keeping an eye on any marker you pass by to make sure you're on the right trail! We got off course a couple times and only noticed cause we checked every sign to make sure we stayed on track. If I could give 6 stars I would. This adventure couldn't have been better and the price is so fair for the experience. He even moved his schedule around for us. To The person that helped us - thank you again for your genuine kindness and enthusiasm. You made this trip for us! See you again whenever we're back in town!

Yelp
This review is for the museum, not the ATV portion of the business. Understand that this place is privately owned and totally funded by the family that lives there. I have noticed some negative reviews that revolve around interactions with the owners but they were very accommodating with us. The museum and its displays are very unexpected. I thought it would be Utah and Bryce Canyon centric but you'll find lifelike animal displays from all over the world. The second floor, which I skipped, was filled with butterflies which would make any entomologist proud. There are many Native American Artifacts and Old West Memorabilia on display which I always find interesting. Included are a few old west badges which many collectors would give a body part to have in their collection. It cost us $8 per person to enter and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes but as you can see from some of the photos, you'll get to experience some very lifelike displays and a chance to see some animals up close that most will only see on National Geographic. I hope some of the local school districts take advantage of this location, I think kids who are old enough would really appreciate the museum.

Yelp
Highly recommended!! Walked into the museum not knowing what to expect. We were quickly greeted by the owner(Robert) and he shared some brief history and let us walk about to view all the animals and displays he has gathered over the years! Some amazing details in each exhibit and definitely an awesome collection! After we're done walking around Robert caught up with us and we asked questions and chatted for a good 20 mins. I highly recommend asking him questions as he has some amazing stories to share! It definitely helped that my group was from Vegas and so is Robert. We shared some additional stories about vegas. Afterwards we ventured out back to see the goats and deer he had on property that you can feed. Sharing some pictures of the exhibits, but there is soooo much more to see!! Highly recommend, the $8 is well spent!!

Yelp
Great people to rent from. Brand new ATV! We paid for 4 hours and only used 2. They gave us money back no question. USE THE COLORFUL MAP BOOKLET THEY GIVE YOU! It's very easy to understand.

Madi T.

Yelp
Never go here! Super unwelcoming and if you want to use their bathroom really quick- forget it! We were chased out after a long drive and just wanted to stretch our legs. When we were walking in, the owner basically chased out another family in front of us so we should've taken that as a sign. Would not recommend this place to anyone! So many better places just a mile away.

Yelp
Such a beautiful museum taken care of with lots of love. Your kids will really have fun getting to see the variety of animals here! They also have a little petting zoo with adorable goats and deer! It is obvious how well cared for these animals are. They were so soft and left no bad smell after touching them, such a fun clean place! Happy we stopped by.

Yelp
The signs got the three of us to turn in and try to go to the museum. We parked in the lot. It was 1730, but the museum/animal was closed. I looked at Yelp! and the site said it closed at 2100. We looked through the window, and there were interesting things in the cases and it looked well taken care of. There were deer here, and we saw them from the road, so we walked out to the main road and walked along the street near the bike path, and went near the deer enclosure to look at them. We could see an area where the deer could be fed by hand. My friend is allergic to deer so we didn't stay long. As we walked back to the car, a man met us near the museum and told us (he was a bit upset) we couldn't be there looking at the deer. I told him we came to go to the museum but we noticed it was closed, and we were sorry, we wanted to look at the deer. He had a little white dog off leash, and was upset at us for being near the road because his dog had come towards the road to say hi, and he mentioned he had lost two other dogs that way. We had froze in our tracks when he told us we couldn't be there, and he walked to us to get his dog, as he scolded it for coming to us. I asked him what time he was going to open and he said he was never going to open as he hated people, and didn't want to deal with them anymore. We walked back to the car and the man was telling us we couldn't be near the deer without him being with us as it was a government requirement, and he mentioned that people fed the deer food they shouldn't be eating. We apologized again, and told him we didn't feed the deer. The owner argued and said that he just wanted us to leave because he had to go and take care of his wife and he wanted to put his dog down, but he would just walk to us if he did. We quickly got into the car and left. It was a weird experience, at the very least. The negative Yelp! and Trip Advisor reviews seem accurate. The premises is next to an ATV rental, which also looked open. Although the owner said the museum was closed, I'm not sure if the ATV rental is as well.

Yelp
We stopped on our way to visit Bryce Canyon. Best impromptu stop of our 14 days park hopping adventure! The museum is by far the best natural museum we had ever seen. This collection has been lovingly curated and it shows. There's so much attention to detail and realism it's overwhelming. It's extremely reasonably priced as well.

Yelp
Saw this business on the way to Bryce Canyon. Stopped in to rent an ATV for me and my family. I was brushed away by some lady with a dog. She claimed they were booked solid for a week, "ma'am it's a Thursday afternoon and the lot is full of ATV's" so I went back to Bryce Canyon had lunch and drove back by this business and all the ATV's were all still there "NOT COOL" Maybe the tattoos and me being Hispanic was the problem but my money spends like everyone else's. Yelp
Terrible experience and would never use them. We have two young children and when we made the reservation, we let them know that we needed some flexibility in terms of cancellation just depending on our children. Tomorrow the weather is supposed to be very cold and we called to cancel our reservation, and were yelled at, called names, threatened, and hung up on. We were treated incredibly disrespectfully and upon time of making the reservation, we were told that we could cancel at any time. The woman continually said she was going to charge us for not giving a 48 hour cancellation despite not giving that information upon booking. We have been traveling all over Utah and have done adventure items before, but I've never had an experience as terrible as this. Do not book with them.

Yelp
What an adventure, we had the most amazing experience with Robert & Terry. We ended up being a little late (due to construction in the area). Robert and Terry are so laid back and I felt as if I was home. He is the most amazing man I have ever met. If you have a chance to get to know him, the stories he has to share are without a doubt fascinating and I am honored to have had the opportunity to meet such an amazing human as well as hunter. The Atv rides are breathtaking, the museum is like no other. I was blessed with a cardinal that he had just displayed at the exact moment I saw it, amazing grace started playing with of course a few bagpipes. I was in the museum with my Dad's spirit. What Robert gave to me and my family that day is beyond words. The ATV rides were self guided, so we kinda got lost as we were not paying attention to the maps, but the beauty around us. Thank you Bryce Wildlife Adventure, you will forever hold a place in our hearts. The Morvaji Family.

Yelp
Robert and his wife are incredible! We did a four hour rental. very reasonable priced and you can go out without a guide. Robert walked us through the trail and showed us where we would be able to spot wildlife that included osprey, prairie dogs, and baby elk. He walked us through how to use the rental and then we followed him out to where the trail started and showed us everything on the map again. We also went to his museum which was awesome. he has been hunting for over 50 years and everything in there he has taxidermy himself. Incredible! This was on the highlights on our trip!
google avatar

Ivette B.

Yelp
The owner was very friendly and the place was great. My niece loved feeding the deer and my nephew got a kick out of the goats.
google avatar

Yelp
I highly recommend. Efficient booking process, great staff, safe vehicles, fantastic scenery. They provide detailed maps and guidance, and they keep an eye on your progress via GPS tracking. My extended family rented two Polaris ATVs for four hours, drove mostly empty trails to amazing viewpoints, got some great photos, and came back with huge smiles. We returned covered in dust, but they pulled out a leaf blower and took care of most of that. Great way to see Utah high country away from the crowds of the national parks.

Yelp
My family and I stopped here on our way to Bryce Canyon after reading about them on Trip Advisor. From the outside we weren't expecting much but boy were we wrong! The place Is amazing!!! The owner Robert takes pride In his work and It shows. The animal, reptile, fish, bug & butterfly displays In the museum are beautiful. The place was also immaculate including the bathrooms. There is also an area outside where you can hand feed the deer (food for purchase $2), along with an area with chickens, bunnies, donkeys & chipmunks (although I think they are just wild ones running freely all over the place). Atv's & bicycles are also available to rent. Robert and his staff were so welcoming which made our visit even more memorable.

Yelp
Overall great experience. The place was kept very well, you could tell the guy was passionate about his machines, land, and animals. He gave some information about the surrounding land and how the self guided tour worked, and then sent us on our way. The views were amazing and it was an awesome time. We went during the middle of the week so we only saw one other group out on the trails. Prices were reasonable, what we spent on both ATV's was what I thought we would spend on one, being close to the National Park. Be prepared for dust and dirt everywhere, but totally worth it! 4.11.18

Yelp
My family and I had an amazing time on the 2 hour unguided ATV tour! It was perfect for our 5 and 8 year old daughters. We got to experience a lot of nature that we wouldn't have been able to access without the ATV. The map was easy to follow. I highly recommend this tour!

Ashtyn W.

Yelp
We did the ATV's and it was amazing, and the service was so great! Some of the reviews were pretty negative but from my experience they're untrue. The staff was amazing and super helpful to us during the process and explained the maps and where we should go and everything.
google avatar

Borrego Z.

Yelp
If you're in the area, you need to stop and tour the museum. It's freaking amazing! I was blown away at what's displayed... beats most state funded Natural History Museums. And once you're done, feed a damn reindeer. That's right... reindeer. Apparently "Fritz" is a movie star or something. Also, track down Robert. He's hilarious. He personally collected all of the animals on display so you know he's legit. This is not a tourist trap. It is a legitimate museum. Added bonus... Reindeer and Robert.

Yelp
This place is a must see on your way to or from Bryce Canyon. So many animals from all over the world, some posing and unbelievably realistic; butterflies from all regions; a worldwide collection of fish; and ancient artifacts.

Jimmy C.

Yelp
Fun family experience, saw some elk and some prairie dogs, as well as another perspective of the Bryce Canyon area. Steve was very kind and informative, he truly wanted us to have a fine memorable experience.

Yelp
Today myself, my wife, and kids visited this place on a complete whim because we seen the atvs on the outside. It was a complete trip changer! My kids went from boredom to exhilaration! We rented a little cart, ( sorry i think thats what they're called) and drove thru path. It was Amazing. I really cant say enough about the experience. And the view once you get to the top of the trail. Nothing like it. It was a 2 hour journey and we left on cloud 9. Then when we got back I was able to converse with Robert whos a bery nice man and was very pleasant with my kids and wife. I will come back here again , but next time im bringing more family to be able able to experience this for themselves. Thank you Robert!

Yelp
Do NOT make yourself susceptible to these hateful bigots!!!!! Seriously, they are crazy people. Take the time to read the negative Trip Advisor reviews and see for yourself!!!!! Go a couple miles down the road and do business with Ruby's.They are so nice and accommodating there! I am a 39 year old female that was on a much needed solo hiking trip in Bryce Mountain. I decided to stop here to rent an ATV, as I have ridden them my entire life being from the country in Tennessee. I saw Bryce Museums sign boasting a "5 star rating on Trip Advisor," so I decided to patronize them with my ATV rental. When I approached the counter, this is how the dialogue with the WOMAN who worked there went: Me: Hi, I'd like to rent an ATV. It's been a couple of years, so I'll just need a quick lesson on your vehicles. Bryce Museum Lady: Is it just you? Me: Yes. Bryce Museum Lady: Well, we only rent to very experienced drivers (didn't inquire about my experience), and we would never rent to a woman alone. Me: (Absolutely shocked this came out of her mouth) As a woman, YOU should leave the part about being a woman out of what you just said. Bryce Museum Lady: Well, either way. While I have experienced blatant sexism my entire life, I'm not sure I've ever had someone so directly (another woman, mind you) insult me that way. I feel sorry for her. Obviously her life has led her to believe that women are inferior, and that can only come from she herself experiencing sexism and internalizing that mentality. She should get on one of those ATV's and do donuts in the parking lot. Just an unbelievable experience. Visited November 2016

Yelp
Highly recommend!! My husband and I are road tripping and they were available the same day. We were looking for an unguided tour, and this is the only one here! They were extremely nice and very personal, you can tell he loves his job. The Polaris was very clean and maintained. He took us up to a certain point and then let us go on our own, even gave us a map and highlighted what animals would be on what part of the map, lookout points that are a must see... we will definitely come back every time we come out to Bryce Canyon!!
google avatar

Abby J.

Yelp
Robert and Terri were hospitable, professional and knowledgeable. We had a large group and rented 3 side by sides. We all had an amazing time. We were running 30 minutes late for our scheduled time and they were very courteous with accommodating us. Upon arrival, all the vehicles were lined up and ready to go. He even let us borrow some goggles for the little ones. He guided us to the main road, gave us very precise directions to a wonderful view point , and gorgeous lake. Everyone in our group had an amazing time. This company is one of the few in Bryce that will a you to go unguided. TONS of fun, you won't be disappointed!
google avatar

Alexa S.

Yelp
This was the best ATV experience I've had to date. Unlike the other companies, Robert allows you to go off on your own. During our 3 hour ATV adventure, we didn't see any other people and were able to take in and enjoy the beautiful red hills, green fields and farm life and a serene reservoir. Robert was awesome and provides a map of the route you're taking so you don't get lost while exploring. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun tour-less ATV adventure in Bryce.

Sopida A.

Yelp
Been here twice now and still find something knew! Dog friendly museum . Details are amazing at every animal habitat display.

Stanley B.

Yelp
Robert and Terry were fantastic. They were so helpful with the unguided Polaris tour. The two hours that we did were fabulous. He gave us great ideas and recommendations for our first time in Bryce. Can't wait to come back and do it again. Tomorrow we're going to do the wildlife Museum at Terry and Roberts museum. In addition, the wildlife that we saw (antelope, cows, prairie dogs, cows and deers) were amazing. ITS A MUST DO!!

Yelp
We had a great time! The UTV was perfect for our group of 4. Jeff made the whole experience so enjoyable. He gave us great directions and told us what to look for on the way. Highly recommend this!

Yelp
Robert the owner/curator was Amazing! He was a hoot and super friendly! We went on the thee hour unguided tour and a blast!! We will definitely be back. The red drop off thing is beautiful a must see.

Yelp
The museum curator explained to us the different animals. It was interesting collection of a man's life adventures. He obtained many of the animals himself on different African trips. It was a nice stop to learn and take pictures. He has amazing butterfly collection. We had fun feeding deer in the back for only $2. The deer come right up and you can pet them. There was one male deer with horns as well. There were also chickens and chick's inside. It was a nice detour. He also has rabbits but lets them run loose. The guy who runs it is down to earth and we appreciate the time he too to speak to us.I
