Great first impression. Nice well tendered gardens to walk through. |Comfortable and modern room. Attention to detail superb. Things we used in the room were replaced for the next morning. |Breakfast was excellent. Quality ingredients and lots of choice. |We gained the impression that the owners had real pride in their home and were very focused on looking after guests |Would heartily recommend.

A wonderful experience and would highly recommend. My room was spotlessly clean with generous toiletries and refreshments supplied. Super comfy bed and great choice at breakfast. Was also very kind of them to pack me up a breakfast as I had to leave early. Great service.

Really enjoyed our two night stay... Great walkable location to the castle and town. Clean and tidy rooms. Great breakfasts as well ☺ very pleasant environment and fine service overall.

A wonderful B&B just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Conwy. We stayed in room 7 (Mountain View) which was a great size and plenty of storage for clothes with a good sized bathroom. The view from the room was wonderful! The breakfast was also great and the hosts were very attentive and friendly. Would recommend to anyone visiting Conwy however best to read their information about mobility as there are some steep parts and be careful when driving to the car park as it is steep and narrow. There are a couple of spaces at the front if preferred.

We would not recommend staying here without a car. And even with a car, we felt it was too far from center of town. We had room #2 which was quite small, with an even smaller bathroom. We also did not enjoy the old fashioned decor, although room was pristine. And hosts were very kind.

Gill and Andrew have clearly worked hard to maintain the very high standards of this place. |They're such lovely and warm hosts.||This is my 3rd visit and was first here in 2017.|It's actually even better. |Very clean, comfy beds and probably the best breakfast we've ever had.|Thank you guys. |Can't wait to return 😍

It’s all been said but just to reiterate - great place to stay, 10 minutes from the harbour in Conwy, with parking. Clean, comfortable , fantastic breakfast. Our room , no 7 , on the second floor featured a king size bed and bath. Would recommend this B and B
