On arrival the welcome was amazing, friendly and everything sorted as expected.||One of the most beautiful, relaxing locations I have ever stayed at, the site and surrounding area absolutely stunning. My accommodation was amazing and literally looked like a show home, I can't rate Brynteg highly enough and booked my next holiday there before I had even left. If it's a chilled, calm relaxing break you want then this is the place to go.

Great facilities at the park including a big indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and tepadarium beds. Stayed at a friends caravan and did not experience any disruption of any kind from other guests. A bus ride away from Pen y Pass where snowdon can be climbed aswell as other less challenging yet still scenic and enjoyable walks from the park. All in all a great experience.

We stayed here with Sun Holiday’s as a one off, and we were pleasantly surprised! We arrived after 1700hrs and the site security provided me with the welcome pack, keys and a map to the caravan. We arrived at the caravan and it was lovely, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the local little towns whilst on our weekend visit, but also just enjoyed a screen free weekend and relaxed. Would happily book again.

I found this caravan by chance looking online and what a find it was!. I booked a gold 3 bed caravan, I messaged the site before arrival about a surpise for my parents to be put up in the caravan. They went above and beyond and made sure this was done before we arrived. On arrival we checked in staff very friendly and given our caravan. We made our way to the caravan, the site was well kept and tidy. The caravan was stunning, I have done many over the years and this one of the best ones I been in. Lovely and modern and clean. Can tell it was a new caravan. The location is good to explore the local areas, only a short drive away. We didn't use the site only the caravan. But I will be returning. We had caravan number; BT052 (gold 3 bed)

Stunning site echo previous comment about the grounds maintenance staff starting work at 8 destroying any peace and quiet. Mobile was ok although had a funny smell but very clean site it’s self is quite remote but very dog friendly. Had a couple of meals in the bar which were good but the boat house was extremely disappointing only pizzas being served and a choice of 2. Overall our puppy had a fab holiday but we won’t be back.

Absolutely great. We stayed in the lovely lakeside cottage. Beautifully furnished with hot tub and private garden. Only problem some people thought the public footpath went across lawn needs a no entry sign. Lots of free activities for adults and children. Wish we could use the lake or even walk right round. Restaurants and bars great. Swimming pool and spar wonderful.

This is a lovely site and location and I’ll try to be honest in this review ||Caravan was lovely and well placed , no problems there and really enjoyed it ||Play area was big and the kids enjoyed playing on it, the pool area was brilliant when open! ||Unfortunately there are some downsides, I would say this isn’t catered for young families, pool closed at 4pm! ||Both Bar and restaurant were like ghost towns and absolutely nothing to do for young children. No arcade, mini games or anything, small sports area which was concrete and taken every evening by a lady playing tennis and made it clear she didn’t want to share. ||I would say this is a good location for couples, hikers or a over night stay but if you have young children I’d look for an entertainment site

Just returned from a stay for half term with two young children. Site itself is in lovely location and caravan which we privately rented was clean and well equipped, however we found facilities on site lacking. The restaurant didn't open until 1pm so no chance of a breakfast or even so much as a coffee on site, I understand we can make our own food in the caravan but this was our holiday and sometimes you want to come down for a cooked breakfast or fresh coffee and not cook every morning or have to drive 20 mins to llanberis. Pool only open 10 to 4 so we only used once as we headed out for the day with it going dark early it would have been great to be able to come back and spend an hour or so in the pool, absolutely nothing on site for the kids once we came back and the play park in absolute darkness, had to use phone torch for kids to have a play the first night we arrived but this just wasn't safe, it would be great if this was lit up so kids could play as being back at caravan from 4.30 and trying to entertain young kids and no WiFi to use netflix etc it's a very long night. No games room or anything. Food in restaurant frozen and overpriced. A shame as could be a great place but just nothing there. No shop or anything to buy essentials such as milk or snacks so again having to drive out if you need anything.
