Ok BBQ. I had the BBQ Beef Ribs, coleslaw, beans, and cornbread. The meat falls off te bone, but it was lacking flavor; the BBQ sauce helped. The coleslaw was tasty, really liked the apples in it. The beans were under seasoned. The cornbread was good, a little dense, but tasted good. The service was good. Friendly staff and the food came out fast. The ambiance was ok. More like a sports bar than a restaurant.

Had a good time dining here. Even though we had a party of 9, the food came out quickly one ordered. You do have to make a reservation if your party is 6+ as most of their tables are suited for 4, but they are very accommodating. I got the meat sampler and it did not disappoint! The brisket was very tender, ribs pulling away from the bone with ease, and chicken tender and flavorful(not dried out at all!). The keilbasa sausage could have used a little more time on the grill for some char flavor, but tasted good. They did put bbq sauce on all the meats, which I asked for on the side. The sides that I got were the fresh veggies and fries. There was a pickled cucumber included in the veggies which were fantastic! We'll be looking forward to coming here again to try their burgers and wings. Don't mind the red color in the photo, there's a large neon red company sign shining in the dining room! 🤣

I have passed by hu dress of times, and finally went on Saturday night. The food was even better than expected. It was unusually busy with large parties, so our food (there were only 2 of us), took a bit longer. The server, who was sweet and excellent, brought us some delicious fries to tide us over. Everything was absolutely tasty and delicious. We were still talking about it the next day. I highly recommend, and el be back again soon. A new favorite.

This place exceeded our expectations. Great value and great food. We ordered the bourbon chicken plate with two sides and shared it (we are an older couple). My husband ordered one of their IPAs and said it was wonderful. We have traveled all 50 states and had BBQ in Texas, Mississippi, Kansas City, etc. This place ranks with the best of them.

First walking in the waitress was very welcoming and sat us right away. She was very sweet and attentive m, a wonderful face for the business. The decor was a bit dark for a lunch spot but it was very clean and had nice decor. We had delicious bloody Maria’s but the cup was very tall for me and the straw wasn’t long enough. The PICKLES are sooo good get extra. Wings and all the sauces are delicious 10/10 ranch as well. Wedge Salad was good could use a balsamic drizzle but that’s just my preference. Brisket Quasadilla was amazing. We will be back for sure. Although from the street you wouldn’t know it was there. The location needs stronger signage and I think more people would stop.

Pretty decent. Pulled pork was a bit dry. Half chicken was excellent. Our server seemed somewhat new, and our dinner came out before our appetizer. If you're getting an app, I recommend holding off ordering the remainder of your meal until you have the app.

The meat portions are very generous and so tender. Love the selection of sauces available. There is something for everyone on the menu. Full bar, good selection of brews. Their house brews are pretty good. There's happy hour 7 days a week. Never had a problem with the service, they're always friendly. We're not local, but when we're all craving BBQ, this is where we come. 100% worth the drive time.

Im in town for work and wanted BBQ so I fired up the Yelp App and searched. I came across this place, its bot far from my hotel and decided to give it a try. It is in a small strip mall, the place is homey the music is very eclectic. I got there when it was happy hour. So I had the Brisket sliders (2) and got them with their thin sliced potato chips with blue cheese. This was very good. I also got the Korean BBQ Ribs (2) with spicy Coleslaw. The slider where excellent brisket was moist and had lots of flavor. The ribs were sticky, tender and sweet with a slight kick. The coleslaw was spicy and for me it was addictive!!! Service was quick, server/bartender was engaging. This is not your typical BBQ place which is fine, they think outside the box. Give this place a try you wont be disappointed.

OMG! The overall best BBQ I've ever had! This is based on our weekend getaway while in Palm Springs. The menu is extensive with so many options I wish I lived in the vicinity just so I can try everything I want off the menu. From their Meat plate section, we ordered the brisket and 1/2 rack of ribs priced at $38 it comes with two sides and cornbread. The ribs were fall off the bone clean! Perfectly juicy, fatty and really flavorful. The brisket was the same, both were slathered with bbq sauce. We opted for cornbread with potato salad and onion rings for the sides. It is rare that I love everything at a bbq joint. Everything we tried tasted great! Potato salad was just the way I like it. Onions rings were perfectly crisp. Corn bread drizzled with honey. It didn't have the crisp edges that I love but it was fluffy and tasty! Can't wait to go back, I'll be dreaming of the best bbq! We visited midday it was not super busy. Staff were friendly. We stopped by around 3 pm on our way into Palm Desert for the weekend. There was plenty of seating in the bar and main dining area, and we were seated right away. The waitress quickly took our order, and we started with cocktails (a beer and a blackberry margarita) and a happy hour appetizer of Mac & Cheese Egg Rolls / Jalapeño Sausage Wontons. The egg rolls had pulled pork and were really tasty; the wontons were a little spicy for me but hubby couldn't taste the spice. We also got a happy hour appetizer of Sausage and Wings with Spicy Bourbon Sauce. The wings had a lot of meat and the sausage had good flavor. For the main course we got the Fish & Chips (they have an option with two pieces, which was still too big) and Fiery Pork Belly Sandwich. My hubby enjoyed trying all sauces on the sandwich, the fish was light and flaky, and the fries were super crispy. We had leftovers to take back to the condo. We wanted to get a dessert to go but they were out of all the to go options, so we had to eat the churro donuts there. They were delicious. If you're a sports fan, they have 4 TVs playing different sporting events. Only downside is they serve Pepsi, so that just means more cocktails. We will definitely come back next time we're in town.

Delicious! I've booked marked this spot over the last few trips to town and finally got to stop in. The space is a small in size and big on flavor. With football on Thursday evening it was a hit with lots of people. I'm not an alcohol drinker and I'm loving how establishments have non alcoholic beers available because sometimes it just calls you to have a crisp cool non alcoholic beers with a burger. I got the western burger which was massive cooked to perfection and flavorful with the bbq sauce and two big ole onion rings. I got a side of garlic parm sidewinder fries to pair with it and it was amazing. I also couldn't leave without trying the beer chili and corn bread. The chili is hit the soul good on a cold day and the corn bread had great texture with the butter and honey blend on top to hit the taste bud. A great meal indeed.

We were in town for an annual bowling tournament and we decided to try out this place based on a recommendation from some fellow bowlers that dined here before. It's a small town medium size place that also offers an outside patio. We were immediately greeted by our server and offered to take our drink orders. Once she delivered our drinks, she took our food orders. I opted for the jalapeño & sausage wontons and the brisket tacos. Everything was seasoned well and prepared properly. Our server was friendly and professional and stayed on top of refilling our drinks, as needed. I wouldn't mind coming back the next time I am in town.

3.5 Stars Stopped in for lunch. Josephine was tending bar as well as waiting on the whole restaurant, and the service was good. Bubba's has amazing BBQ in a bar/restaurant environment with both indoor and patio dining available. Private parking lot and usually easy to find a spot. DRINK: Full bar with beers on tap and bottle, wine, cocktails, and lots of flavored margaritas. $2 off all drinks during Happy Hour, which is daily from 3pm - 6pm. FOOD: I'm dropping my review score slightly based on our recent lunch experience. We ordered off their "Summer Specials" menu, and while my beer battered Fish & Chips ($18) were prepared perfectly crispy on the outside and flakey/moist on the inside and was served with an interesting coleslaw (tangy and fruity) and a delicious tartar sauce. My wife ordered the Prosciutto Pizza ($16) which was very lite on the prosciutto and heavy on the arugula and balsamic drizzle. We did mention this to Josephine, and she reached out to the manager, who graciously reduced the cost of the pizza by 50%. My wife commented that next time she'll stick to the BBQ. Beside the issue with the pizza, Bubba's food is very good and I'm certain we'll be back for more. I do recommend you check them out when in the area.

everyday is happy hour..... me and my buddy came here for dinner. decided we would have a happy hour dinner. the naked wings were super good/ with the sauce on the table. garlic parm, fries also awesome. korean short ribs, so good .pork sliders awesome. I will absolutely be back. everything was fresh, hot, and carefully prepared. service was great too( Pablo ) well done.

Came here for Happy Hour because the place had great reviews. They have Happy Hour from 3-6 daily. We got there around 4 and there were only a few people at the bar. There is a good amount of seating- at the bar, indoor tables, and outdoor tables. We sat inside and the lower tables. It took a little while to get served and it seemed to be only one waitress/ bar tender when we got in and she was busy with the other customers. Once we were served she was nice and came by a few times to ask us how things were and to refill our water. We ordered off of the happy hour menu which might be why the food didn't live up to the reviews. We got wings, the chicken breast nuggets, and the chili cheese fries. The wings were pretty good but the flats were a bit small and it was mostly drums. The chili cheese fries were pretty good too with a nacho cheese sauce and regular bean chili. The fries were crispy and sidewinder so they were a cool shape. The chicken nuggets were highly disappointing. I was expecting at least real chicken breast. They were like McDonald's chicken nuggets with the mystery white meat. As I was looking at some of the happy hour options, I compared the prices to the regular menu and they weren't much of a difference. The portions were smaller so the price was less. It didn't really seem like a "happy hour deal." That being said, maybe happy hour was not the way to go here. I'd recommend trying the regular menu.

Rating closer to 3.5. Cute dive bar in PS. It was surprisingly quite empty on a Saturday evening, though they did have quite a few takeout orders. Our server was attentive, and everyone was pleasant. Food was a bit on the pricy side: the teriyaki wings were v good (I asked for them to be made extra crispy and they delivered!), the mac and cheese egg rolls were OK and so were the onion rings. Nothing to write home about, but would definitely come back and try some of the other items on the menu if I'm ever in town.

Awesome service great drinks and food is off the hook. Great pit stop before checking into any resort near by.

DH and I enjoyed lunch--BBQ chicken salad with Hanks root beer for him while I had Cran-Apple salad with pulled pork with Mango lemonade. We were amazed and thrilled at how delicious everything was. My crab-apple salad had a light dressing and the pulled pork did not need extra bbq sauce. We ended our meal with a most decadent chocolate cake with mousse in the middle. It looked very rich and dense but when you bite into it, it was unexpectedly light with flavors that really pop. Service was friendly and quick. Nice and clean ambiance. Just outside the PSP airport , highly recommend to stop in when you deplane.

10/10 recommend excellent menu selection and drinks! We had the sampler for 2 and by far our favorite! Everything was delicious and well seasoned! Service was great, our waiter was very attentive and had great recommendations! The restaurant itself is a hidden gem in Cats, I love their spot and decorative dining room.

The Bourbon sauce is simply AMAZING! One of the best sauces I've ever had anywhere. I loved the sweet and savory mix with a subtle whiskey flavor. The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth tender and had a great smoky taste, but it was a little cold for my liking. The hot links were good too but I was hoping for a bit more heat. For the side, I really enjoyed the Mac and cheese. Apples in the coleslaw was a novel flavor for me but it worked really well and complemented the rest of the meal. Service was friendly and fast. Lots of TVs to watch the current sports.

These are undoubtedly the best Korean BBQ ribs I've ever tasted. I placed a to-go order, and the staff even called me to inform me that my order was ready. The ribs were tender, smoky, and juicy all at the same time. The mac and cheese egg rolls paired with the mango habanero sauce were amazing. The cornbread was delightful, though I just wish the portion size was a bit larger.

Fantastic BBQ! I had the baby back ribs, and they fell off the bone, so tender! Great flavor! The Mac and cheese and cron bread were also great! The service was outstanding, such nice people who work here. Best BBQ in town!

After calling around the most popular spots in the area on Sunday afternoon and being told that they had long waits...was happy to see this spot with great reviews did not have a wait. Great spot, with very good food. Everything we ate was surprisingly good. This spot would be do very well anywhere including food towns like NYC or SFO.

This was a very good bbq place in an unexpected location. Our group had wings, sausage, brisket and pulled pork and everyone was complimentary. One suggestion would be to adds non-spicy sauce for those who don't like heat. I'll definitely return.

Ordered the 2 meat plate with brisket and chicken. Got Mac n cheese and jalapeño baked beans for my sides. The portions were huge and I had to take a box for my leftovers. The meat was tender and the baked beans were delicious. The cornbread was crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. The Mac n cheese was a little disappointing because it wasn't cheesy enough. The churro donut is a MUST for dessert. It was sweet, buttery, and had the perfect amount of crunch to it. There's indoor and outdoor seating and the service was good. Only thing that kinda sucks is that there is only one unisex bathroom.

I had picked up an order here to go during Covid and wasn't all that impressed. I decided to try it again and I'm so glad I did! I ordered the watermelon margarita. It was the perfect blend of semi sweet and refreshing. So refreshing I had almost half of it before remembering a photo for review! We asked Brandon our server what was good and he left us more confused (in a good way) than we started. He was on point though. I had the pulled pork and ribs and he highly recommend the cornbread as well and I'm so glad he did, it was delicious. The ribs fell off the bone. I never even had to get my fingers messy and pick them up. Just forked them off with ease. The pulled pork was flavorful with just a little bit of bbq sauce on them which I appreciate so I could add more if I want or just savor the taste of the seasoned pulled pork. The sides were so delish as well. Thick potato fries, mac & cheese, and the onion rings breaded and fried to perfection, all top notch. The space was nice and open. There is outdoor and indoor seating with tvs for the sports fans. Brandon was a great server! Looking forward to another visit in the future.

Brisket was delicious with perfect amount of fat, chicken was so tender and the pulled pork was fire. Sausage was a hit too. Ice cold beer rounded it all out nicely. The huge platter with a 1/2 pound of everything was more than enough for two people. We ate leftovers later at Palm Springs resort.

This is a new brewery that is located in LA quinta. It's in an older strip mall. There were plenty of parking spots. We came for take out on a Thursday night. They weren't too busy. Pick up was smooth. We were greeted right away. The Korean ribs were good. 3/5 The ordering process online was confusing. They have add one for free but you can't order all that's listed. The brisket sliders were OK for me. I couldn't fully taste it. The portion was anemic for me. 2/5. I loved the mango habanero sauce though. The corn was good. They added cheese and taking. The portion size was good. 4/5 The cran- apple salad was very good as well. They added chunks of grannies apples. The candied walnuts were out of this world. I don't even like walnuts. The dressing was very good as well. 5/5 This was a great find and I definitely would come back again.

First-time visiting Palm Springs so we depend on Yelp for good recommendations and found this 4.5 stars restaurant. The food is great! The BBQ is very tender and falls off the bone! It's very tasty! My son had a cheeseburger and it looked so good! Our server was very friendly. They seem to have a number of regular customers. Seeing how they are very comf9ortable talking to the server. Our server also checked on us regulary, making sure that we don't need anything else. The interior is very cool! They have a lot of unique signs on the wall. our experience here has been splendid! Totally recommend this place!

Such a great little gem in Cathedral City! There wasn't a dish on the table that I wouldn't order again. It was a nice warm breezy night so we chose to sit outside and enjoy the weather and great food. This was my first time here but I would definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again. I'm not a seafood person, but I was the one who ordered the fish 'n chips. AMAZING! So tender with just the right amount of crunchy batter.... Such a generous portion of fries as well. The wait staff were all friendly and looked like they truely loved what they did.

We sat outside, and the weather was great. The half chicken was outstanding. I did not like the brisket sandwich.

What a bummer. Ordered the ribs(half rack) and brisket combo with another half rack A la Carte. The brisket was pretty darn good. The ribs were steamed and had a layer of seasoning...gosh, I wonder why? Steamed ribs with no smoke flavor whatsoever. Paid $65 for those when I could've gone down to costco and grabbed a full rack of STEAMED ribs for 1/10 the price, or even Dickey's for some steamed ribs. So disappointed. The Mac and Cheese was pretty good. The potato salad tasted store bought. I will happily drive 1hr to Conerstone in Bauemont for BBQ. Guess I should've seen it coming when I didn't see or smell and woodfire/smoker smoke from the building. Place looks okay, we got our food to go so didn't get a chance to sit down. Probably won't even come back. 65$ for steamed ribs. What a punch to the wallet. If you want real BBQ look elsewhere.

I have been here two times and both times knocked my socks off. The meat is tender, the BBQed meats are so delicious, and the service is fun and competent. They have great beers as well, and they will take care of your needs. EVERY time I'm in the desert, I make time to eat here for a great burger or BBQ.

Food was insanely good. This is my 3rd time here in the past few weeks and have never had a bad experience. Service is always spot on with the recommendations, Jenn is very friendly and has been spot on for the recommendations. Friendly vibes and cold drinks are a plus also! Got their bbq set with Mac and cheese, fries, a cup of chili, and side of chicken quesadilla - every item was a hit. Even the fries stood out! Our two servers were efficient and friendly. They even timed our churro sundae so the ice cream wouldn't melt. Would def return on our next Palm Springs trip!

Bubba's keeps it sweet and simple with their BBQ pickings. The restaurant is spacious and it's decorated with all the typical Knick knacks that make a bbq spot feel warm and homely. Service is fast, food came out fast, we ate fast because it was so good. We got the Pick 3 meat plate - brisket, pulled pork, and hot sausage. The brisket does cost extra, but it's worth it. The brisket pulls apart in a way that you don't even need to bother with a knife. The house sauce is already so good, but I was really impressed with the additional sauces available on the table. The 3 meat plate was good for my party of 3, we all left so stuffed. Also the sidewinder fries were a shape I've never seen before, so that was cool. The cornbread is delicious, the apple coleslaw is refreshing, and the pickles were fresh. I wouldn't ordinarily get bbq in the desert, but this place is worth every penny and every bite.

First time here in Palm Springs, CA. We decided to check out this BBQ joint called Bubba's Bones & Brew. The food ar delicious. We had the Cran-A0ple Salad, the Brisket & Half Rack pork ribs. The potato salad and corn cob on the side. So delicious. The people were very welcoming and friendly. It's a very casual and comfortable place to hang out.

The place is fine, felt a little like a sports bar. IMO the food at Dickies is way better. Service was good but it was early and it was only us and a couple of people at the bar.

Best BBQ in California! I moved to Orange County from Texas about three years ago and have been perpetually disappointed by the barbecue spots in this state. My boyfriend and I come out to Palm Springs once or twice a year for softball tournaments, which is how we discovered Bubba's. Bubba's is by far the best barbecue spot I've been to in California (and frankly, the one of the best overall including those I've been to in Texas). We've tried all of their meats, including their fish and chips which were also delicious. They have a good selection of craft beer, a fun and cozy atmosphere, and friendly service. This is a mandatory stop any time we are in the area, and we recommend it to everyone. Love this place!

Highly recommend if you are looking for that bbq experience in the middle of Palm Springs! Felt like a little bit of that Nashville brisket experience Brisket Sandwich was perfection. Crispy fries were crispy af. The apple Cole slaw was a perfect palette cleanser after I inhaled my sandwich. Bavarian pretzel as an appetizer was delicious with the cheese sauce it came with. Service was smooth and polite! Family friendly and not too loud or too quiet just right. Dessert was immaculate with the churro donut ice cream! Just go!

Came here early to pick up an online order. They are quite welcoming and offered me a drink as I waited. The inside is unique bbq brew vibe, clean, and has outdoor seating. The corn side we ordered was amazing. Kind of like their riff on elote. They gave us plenty of bbq sauce/ dressing for our salad. We also ordered brisquet sliders and though they were small it is by far the best tasting brisquet I have ever had. Yum. The Korean ribs were also great and the cran apple salad with apple slices and candied walnuts (pecans?) was good but the apple vinaigrette was amazing. I really want to go back. I was in town for StageCoach and stumbled upon this gem of a spot! The sausage jalapeño wontons were absolutely delicious--packed with flavor and just the right amount of spice. I also had the pork belly sandwich, and wow, it did not disappoint. The coleslaw on it took it to the next level. Everything hit the spot. The drinks, food and wonderful service. I'll definitely be back next time I'm town!

Good bbq. We shared the ribs and brisket and had a rib and slice of brisket left over. Sauce was good and meat was tender and moist. Mac n cheese and coleslaw was a perfect combination. Definitely would go back if in the area.

Bubba's is a cool break from Cathedral City's oppressive summer time heat. The joint has a dark pub type feel. Service is courteous. We started with a delicious wedge salad and then some Baja corn as an appetizer. For the main course we split the Mac Daddy burger with/50% sidewinder fries and fried union rings. The burger was moist with flavorful smoked brisket flavor. With all the fats it is a rich burger so the pickles help cut that richness and there are multiple sauces available table side. I enjoyed the Mango Jabenaro sauce to add a little spice and further cut the richness. Prices are on par with typical burger joints. A definite recommendation if your in Cathedral City area looking for a comfortable sit down Burger or BBQ restaurant. See

Came for dinner, started with the Korean style ribs with the spicy coleslaw. The ribs and slaw were sooo delicious! My wife had the western burger with fries and I had the BBQ porker burger with fries. The burgers were perfect!!! And the fries were crispy and delicious. Even though they were short staffed the service was great! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Bubbas bones and brews deserve 5 stars.
