Buca di Baldabò

A truly amazing restaurant! The food was simply perfect! We eat here twice and loved every moment. Homemade local food and great service. Tagliatelle with ricotta fennel lemon and gnocchi with lemon were divine!

A truly lovely experience. An hour drive up the the mountain and we are greeted with warm plates, a heart touching friendliness and an ambiance like no other. The mushroom risotto was the best I’ve ever tasted and the pasta was so very fine with ragu just clinging on to every bite. These are all very humble dishes we ordered but it was made with love.

A wonderful restaurant in a small tuscany mountain village where we stayed for a week. It's a very nice place to have a beer or a glass of wine if you are in the neighbourhood. But it's definitely worth a trip to go to Buca di Baldabo for dinner. There are tables outside (and inside if the weather is bad). The service is more than friendly. We didn't see any menu, the nice lady who serves us just mentioned the different things prepared for that day. We had perfect tortellini, ravioli and risotto and after that delicious chicken and pork. The dessert were great. Honest and well prepared real Italian dishes with fresh herbs from their garden. The price is really amazing. A full dinner for 4p is around € 125.=. You better reserve if you go there. So everything about this place is just great!!!

Amazing experience! We were at the canyon park and wanted to get some local food close by, found this little gem on Google maps. Is a tucked away restaurant with a lovely local vibe. As mentioned in one of the reviews there is no music in the dining room, just lovely sound of soft chattering and people enjoying their amazing food. Pasta was so fresh (all handmade) and our waitress spoke perfect English. Food was divine, we were full after the pasta dish but wanted to try some local meat. Will definitely be back! Thanks 🙏🏼

Lovely place in the hills, run from a community centre, with a terrace overlooking the land. Excellent home made pasta, with a ‘gypsy’ sauce I have never had before, but it was fantastic. A special mention for the dolce, again home made and unique to this place. Fabulous place to eat, I can’t wait to return

Very delicious food. We ordered so that we could all try different dishes, instead of everyone ordering for themselves, which was very nice, since we hadn't been there before. Especially the lemon risotto stood out, but it was all delicious and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again if I should be in the area.

Fantastic food in a beautiful place. Fresh pasta first course and meat mains. Pork in mushroom sauce was awesome and my wife loved her beef ribs.

We went multiple times (last year and just this last week) and we enjoyed it every single time! The food is truly delicious and the staff is lovely as well. We hope to come back in the future! Thank you again!!
