Buccaneer Beach Club Antigua

This bar and BBQ, is on the beach. First the positives. Service was good staff friendly and helpful. Food was excellent, well cooked and lots of it. The beach is in a harbour so lots of boats and jet skis about. Water is clear and even had a couple of fish milling about. The down sides... The beach is dirty, cigarette butt's, used plastic cutlery, tooth picks in the sand, so watch where you put your feet! Also tgere is no smoking segregation so while you eat even as an organised tour its spoilt by smoke. Some of which is definitely wacky backy!

My review comes a bit late as I stayed here 6 months ago. However our stay here was amazing! The hotel is very well maintained, the apartment is super cute and spacious. We had a 1 bedroom with a large bathroom, perfect size kitchen, living room and wonderful balcony. There was also 2 large closets with spacious furniture and most importantly private beach accessories and a pool. The staff was great and super helpful and I look forward to staying there again.

Enjoyed my weekend stay at Buccaneer Beach Club. All the employees were welcoming and helpful. Check in was easy and the property is perfect. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool is just steps away and the beach just beyond that. A grocery store is a short walk down the road. Taxis were always available out front. Quiet at night and relaxing during the day. Would stay here again.

Brilliant place. The rooms are really comfortable and very clean. Good comfortable beds and a decent bathroom. Then there's the beach with sunbeds located through the gate. All the staff are friendly and it's a well oiled machine!

The service was outstanding, every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The manager especially went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.||The location is unbeatable, our cottage was right on a beautiful beach with calm turquoise water and plenty of space to relax. The property itself is clean, remodeled, and modern while still keeping that laid-back island charm. You can really tell they take pride in maintaining the place.||We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to enjoy Antigua. Highly recommend Buccaneers Beach Club …we’ll definitely be back! 🌴✨

My girlfriends and I just spent 5 days here. We enjoyed every minute. Lovely gardens, relaxing private beach, accommodating & friendly staff, comfy beds. We will miss being here and walking up to the gentle waves close to our room. We are already planning our return.

It’s a no from me… unclean and unpleasant overall. If you wish to feel like you’re on an operating table, you’ll love the lighting here. It’s so harsh and lights up all the places that haven’t been cleaned, like this corner of the kitchen covered in hair upon arrival. Editing to that bass music from the beach kept me up all night. It was so loud that the bass was making the furniture vibrate.

My new Caribbean home away from home!!! Our Cottage was Excellent, literally less than 20 steps from the water with EVERY convenience from home.
