A Perfect Stay in Paradise We had an unforgettable experience at this wonderful accommodation. It’s the ideal base for exploring the island—peaceful, well-located, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we arrived, William and his entire team made us feel incredibly welcome. Their friendliness and genuine hospitality truly set this place apart. The on-site restaurant was a highlight: every dish was bursting with flavor, and the menu offered plenty of variety to suit all tastes. The room was extremely small. The toilet facilities were very unclean and unhygienic. After showering, water would leak into the room. I will upload photos to show you — there was a strong smell of mold. The bathroom was tiny, had no lock, and the toilet was wobbly — you couldn’t even sit on it properly as it kept moving. The room itself was far too small for two people; we couldn’t even unpack due to the lack of space. The pillows were dirty, and room service only operated strictly at 9 AM — not afterward. Honestly, it felt more like a hole than a guest house. It was a terrible experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Considering the price, it was very expensive for what we received. The staff were also very rude, and my key stopped working on the second day of my stay.

Lovely family owned boutique, very clean, bar and food service available. Staff are great and informative/helpful when needed, would definitely stop here again, 5 stars to all concerned with running and cleaning. Holidays are always a lot better when stopping somewhere that is family run and well established like this one.

Not a fan of the area. Room 8 has a window to the inside shaft and the kitchen exhaust. Can't have it open because of the frying oil smell. TV broken, takes a while to turn on, 3 itallan channels only, loses image, then colors, then... There was an aroma releasing thing too strong and loud, thought I would suffocate. The cleaning guy is rude. There was another reviewer saying that he comes banging on the door. In our case he startet knocking using the key againts the door, woke us up at 08:40, yelling 'checking out, checking out.' At sharp 10, came back with same banging yelling check out, chek out. Mind you a Sunday and off season. Brought this up with the owners and they said they will address it. Lovely people the owners. A very nice family, running the place for almost 50 years. Enjoyed talking to them. The place was clean, they have a little library, the beds were comfortable. But room 8 is a no go. Perhaps other rooms are better, hence the reviews, otherwise if you get room 8, please do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. In any case would not return ever, and do not recommend the area either.

The room was a good size for just myself would also work well for 2 people. The bathroom was small but again worked well, only down side was the sink was tiny. It had a fridge, tv and kettle which i was very happy about. Also a lift which was great for luggage. All staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an upstairs terrace with pool which was amazing to chill out. The location was great there was plenty of food and shops around and a short walk to the sea. Will definitely return.

Normally use hotels when visiting Malta. Thought we would try this guest house. There is a phrase, you get what you pay for. This was relatively cheap. Tiny bathroom with no shelving for toiletries. Open hanging space for clothes, one shelf for other clothing. Beds were comfortable though. |Ideal for a solo traveller would be my assessment.

Bathroom had 1broken towel handle plus the toilet paper handle the shower system also is disfunctional..there was an air freshener with a very really heavy smell, I had to make it stop to be able to breathe because I had headaches. Last day they were knocking repeatively on our door 2 hours before the check out that made us late because we were preparing, so we checked out half an hour later were they just opened the door without waiting after knocking to tell us we are late..not to mention about the not so welcome mood..The breakfast was poor does not worth it. A cockroach was in the shower today.The beds are really good thought and room more spacey than others!

Pros: Great breakfast, room was very clean and modern, had a fridge, kettle and very good free WiFi. Room was a great value for money. Good service in reception and organised our transfer to and from the airport. Cons: Whole room stunk of the smell coming out of the shower drain. Sound proofing is terrible so you constantly get woken up by the staff cleaning rooms near you very early every morning. Booked a room with a double bed and got a room with 2 single beds pushed together. One mattress was very soft and the other very firm.
