I recently had a very disappointing experience with Juanna Bucculini. Initially, I was told that I could purchase an item online and have someone else pick it up on my behalf, provided both parties submitted ID copies and signed a pick-up form for compliance purposes.
However, the process turned out to be much more complicated and not possible than initially explained. Despite agreeing to send an online payment link, I was informed that the finance team would need additional time to verify the payment before issuing an invoice, which couldn't be done simultaneously but they changed their word suddenly that payment online can’t be done !!
Moreover, Even after providing my email address to receive the payment link, there was no prompt follow-up or resolution. They just told me it can’t be done
Overall, the lack of clear communication, unnecessary delays, and poor customer service left me highly dissatisfied. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
