BUCCELLATI Tokyo Ginza Store

The female sellers’ serving attitude was extremely terrible. From the moment I walked in the store, she started to look me up and down to asses if I am a qualified client. Once I asked if there was any items instead of the displayed samples, she shoved me off by saying there’s nothing. After checking the jewelry I was wearing, she started to show 4 different pieces. During my discussion with my boyfriend, she played her cellphone until we finished talking. I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed about this top jewelry brand because of her behavior, I merely wanted to get out of this store asap. As a seller of such high end jewelry store, I assume that their attitude should be equal to their status, however, the saleswoman looks down the customer who walked in to their store. If that’s a difficult thing to do, then I suggest that you need to find another job girl. After all, I just want to say, I got the thing I wanted at the other BUCCELLATI store few blocks away, with were much more friendly sales. For anyone who wants to buy their jewelry, I recommend you go to the Takashiyama store other than this one with terrible saleswoman.

I recently had one of the worst shopping experiences ever at this store in Japan. It was clear from the salespeople’s eyes that they were being dishonest about their inventory. When I asked for a specific color, style, and size, they consistently brought out near sizes on purpose. It felt like they were deliberately trying to push unwanted items. The overall experience was frustrating and left me with a very negative impression of this store. I would not recommend shopping here.

The service is horrifying, or you can say there is actually no service at all. The doorman made us wait outside in the winter coldness for >30 minutes, without any proper greetings, because obviously their store was too small for just 2 sets of customers to be inside, and they only had a salesperson working even though they have a manager and maybe other staff sitting upstairs. I could never understand why they couldn’t at least have us wait inside in the warmth. While it was uncomfortable enough, the doorman eyed us up and down very offensively at our shop bags as we waited. And when we had enough and tried to talk to the doorman to have us wait inside, he attempted to shut us out without saying a word. Even more absurdly, not a single person in the store understood enough English for a conversation and could make a proper apology. Just for the record, they locked the door in front of another customer and chased her away, an hour before the closing hour, as they were panicking upon our complaint. The whole experience was just RIDICULOUS. The items in display were also just tedious and nothing to compare with other better Buccellati stores outside of Japan, if you are curious. Just AVOID THIS STORE.

Walkin probably as the first customer on that day as we started quite early. The sales person scanned me and told me they do not sell ANY silver items in this store. I asked do you know which store has those items? She said she didn’t know. Then we say thank you and bye.

I visited the store on July 26, 2025, and was disappointed with the level of service. There were no staff members readily available, and it took a considerable amount of time to locate anyone for assistance. Despite eventually finding three employees, they were collectively unable to attend to just two customers. The overall purchase experience was negatively impacted by a clear lack of professionalism. This has led me to question whether I will continue to be a Buccellati customer in the future. At this point would recommend others to avoid this store and brand.

I love this brand, but my experience at this boutique was disappointing. The staff were arrogant, the service was poor, and almost everything was out of stock. It felt as if they didn’t even want to sell anything. For a luxury brand, this level of service is unacceptable. Would not recommend. If you’re looking for a better experience, I highly recommend visiting Buccellati at Takashimaya—you’ll receive much better service there.

I visited the store today with my wife around noon. The Chinese sales person (a young woman), seems to have set her mind on getting us out of the door as quickly as humanly possible. She first remarked that if we think the price of the pieces on the first floor is extravagant we shouldn’t bother to visit the second floor. My wife did commented on the extravagance of the style, but the salesperson obviously took it the other way, which already says a lot about her. Then as we started to move a little closer to the displaying case, she went again unprompted, saying that none of the items are available. We were amazed and offended by this incredible unprofessionalism, especially considering how impeccable the service and assistance are elsewhere in Tokyo. We went to Mikimoto right away. Great shop, great customer service.

i had a bad experience in this store. there was a female sales seemed to be aged. she couldn't speak English. it was really hard to communicate. i felt she did not want to serve me as well. she did everthing too slowly like check the stock，the price. she seemed to not really familiar with buccellati. i wasted lots of time because of her
